Corcovado is one of the hills of the city of Rio de Janeiro, famous in Brazil and in the world for its 38 meters high statue of Christ the Redeemer. Christ the Redeemer is one of the main symbols of the country and offers a privileged panoramic view of the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Pão de Açúcar is a hill complex located in the neighborhood of Urca, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is composed by the Morro do Pão de Açúcar (which gives its name to the complex), Morro da Urca and Morro da Babilônia. Along with the statue of Christ the Redeemer, it is the largest postcard of the city of Rio de Janeiro and one of the most famous in Brazil. Due to the unique characteristics, bordered by the waters of Guanabara Bay, it is an international tourist reference for the city.

The Cathedral of São Sebastião do Rio de Janeiro, also known as Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro, is a Catholic cathedral located in the Center of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was inaugurated in 1979, replacing, as the city's cathedral, the Church of Nossa Senhora do Carmo. In modern style, it has a conical shape, with 106 meters in diameter, 75 meters of external height, 64 meters of internal height [1] and capacity for 20 000 people standing. The beauty of the building, with straight and sober lines, is due to the colorful stained glass windows ripping up the walls to the dome. His design and execution were coordinated by Monsignor Ivo Antônio Calliari (1918 - 2005).

Wonderful city tour! Our Guide Márcio and Driver Firmino were super attentive. Marcio was always happy, singing, and at each point he visited he told us the history of the place before going down to visit.
You can't help but say "Wonderful City!.... What a view of Sugarloaf Mountain.....
Delicious lunch!!
I highly recommend it. My parents are elderly and were able to do the entire route.

When you are in Rio, a visit to the figure of Christ on the mountain and the sugar peak is a must. We signed up for a full day tour.
Very easy access with path and escalators up to the figure of Christ. Some shops and cafes at the top, but the English skills of the Brazilians are very poor. Almost absent.
The view is amazing, so make the trip here

Our guide, Israel, was outstanding. We had some issues connecting with the tour because Carnaval closed so many streets near our hotel, but the tour sent an Uber before and after. Appreciated that!
Of course, Sugarloaf and Redeemer were the reasons for our touring.

The sights were great and the guide was very kind.
The bad: Very small bus, tour started an hour late, the lunch was as terrible, we selected an English tour but the guide only knew basic English
