After our originally booked tour cancelled at the last minute, we were able to book this tour - so glad it worked out this way because we had the most delightful Food Tour guide, Daniela. She was so cute and so funny! We began by sampling appetizers of buffalo mozzarella, small bruschetta, olives, and a savory pretzel like snack called Tarallo. Our next stop was 2 big pieces of pizza - one the typical Naples Margarita pizza (tomato, cheese, and basil) and the other a fried pizza with ricotta and other ingredients. Our 3rd stop was for Frittatina (fried pasta) - good but very filling. Then we stopped at Limone where we tried a regular limoncello and then a super tasty cream limoncello. Our 5th stop was for 2 types of typical pastry, the very flaky Sfogliatella and the rum-soaked Baba. As we walked Daniela talked about history and the food with much enthusiasm and humor. Not exactly diet food – but a great food tour with the warm and friendly Daniela!

We should not have eaten breakfast a couple hours before attending. We were so full even at the beginning!! There were so many classic Napoli dishes and customs we tried and our guide did such a nice job incorporating a little bit of local history with it too! Bring cash if you want to buy beverages.

My gf and I went on the tour. We had just traveled from Rome and stopped in Naples for one-night before traveling to Positano the next day. This was our first time in Naples and the walking tour allowed us to feel closer to the city and appreciation for the culture. 2 hrs was the perfect amount of time. I feel we hit the jacket with Mariah as our host. She was very informative.

Our guide Sara was very friendly and kind. We enjoyed the the food and the stories behind how the foods started and how the locals lived and ate. The tour was fun but maybe one or two extra food options can be added to the tour.

After visiting Naples a few times as a jumping off point to see other towns, our family, including four girls ages 8-20, decided to try a food tour in Naples. Our female guide was funny and sweet to the girls and you could tell she enjoyed her job. My girls loved the tour (about 10 things to try of 7-8 stops I think) and enjoyed all the food and seeing historic Naples. We thought this 2.5 hr (ish) tour was a great value for the money and fun way to see the city. I would highly recommend .
