We booked this excursion a few weeks ago. Today was our scheduled tour date, and we received our confirmation and tickets from Viator yesterday. We waited at the correct time and correct place, but our ride never showed up. It was an early departure and when we were finally able to get through to Viator after repeatedly trying the tour provider, we were told that the tour provider never confirmed hotel pickup. By the time we realized that our tour was cancelled it was too late to book another tour because they had already departed. Unfortunately, we are leaving in a few days and are not able to reschedule. We did receive a refund, but we are really bummed we won't be able to see Chichen Itza. Unless you have time to scramble to find another tour, and are ok with bad communication, I wouldn't recommend that you book this tour.

Travel office and her owner Paulina offers really awesome trips around Jukatan in Mexico. The quality of them is at the highest level. I would like to recommend them. Everything is like in the plan on the website.

The trip was incredible. The guide Paulina is the best, she described the Mexico in friendly way. There was a small group, which is much better than the trips with travel agencies. I recommend the trips with Meksykanka 💪🏻😎🇲🇽👌🏻

This tour had so many things included in it. We started the day off at an agave farm and had a tequila tasting (a little early in the day, but hey, no complaints over here), then we explored a market, church, and town square in one of the small neighboring cities. We then visited Chechen Itza which did not disappoint. I think my favorite part of the day might have been the cenote... I only wish less people would have been there.
Overall great tour.

This was our 1st trip with Meksykanka, and I can only say I loved it! Our tour guide for our trip was with Paulina. She’s very knowledgeable and she’s lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and we had fun all day long! She was telling us stories about Mexico and the sites we were visiting.
Our tour included stops in Valadolid with stop at farmers market, Agave Distillery, Chichen Itza and Cenote Ik Kil.
If you are looking to spend your time in Mexico in great company, I can definitely recommend Meksykanka. Go and explore Mexico with them!
