Vienna: 60 min. Imperial E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks

In March of 2024 we privately booked the Imperial E-Carriage Sightseeing Tour with Drinks. While we were inflight to Vienna we got an email that the Imperial E-Carriage was cross booked and we were offered something different. Bait and Switch. We said no and asked for a refund. Each day, we were there we asked for a refund and for confirmation that they issued a refund. Although we received confirmation of the payment back in March, we never received a receipt that the refund was issued. We kept asking and were sent less than generic messages, "we issued you a refund" ....

One month later I decided to go to my bank and ask about the refund. GUESS WHAT .... NO REFUND! Not only was this a Bait and Switch ... it is also FRAUD. DO NOT BOOK with this company. Today, I had to file a claim with my bank, have my debit card cancelled and now I have to wait for a new card to be issued. We really thought this would have been awesome to ride around in a Royal Carriage, just like the Hapsburgs, on the streets of Vienna.

Instead, I'm sitting here even more upset that we got screwed over by this company.

There are no words for what I am feeling right now.

DON'T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY'S BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD!

An amazing, funny, entertaining experience particularly for a special occasion.
You do not go unnoticed driving around Vienna on one of these.
The driver who I forgot to get his name was perfect for this and is an asset and a credit to the company.

Highly recommend, especially for a special occasion.

Lovely experience and beautiful way to see the city and the Hofburg Palace. Enjoyed entering Hero’s square in our royal carriage.
