We hired transportation from Sorrento to Naples, they arrived to pick us up 15 minutes early, the driver was very attentive, helped us with the luggage and left us at the airport door.

Good service and communication.
Driver is nice and drive safely. Company will send you messages very soon once you booked then you can continue communicate over there. We were considering to stop by Valcano but they helped us check the condition which would be closed on the date we planned. They were nice, polite response promptly.
