Overall, we found this tour deeply underwhelming, especially given the cost (>£100 for us both).
Positives:
Jalil, our driver, was very friendly and Batu caves was an interesting place to visit. The waterfall at Kanching was very pretty and the food (we chose the mee goreng) was tasty.
However, we were very disappointed in the hot springs as we didn't know what to do and were left by ourselves. Accidentally took someone's bucket that had been left for a while as no guidance given on what to do, where to sit etc. This could be quite dangerous as 2 of the hot springs are extremely hot and the "no feet" signs are small and faded. We felt very out of our depths and uncomfortable, which unfortunately made the rest of the experience a sour time.
It also didn't help that we got lost driving multiple times and it felt like we spent as much time driving as we did at the experience. We feel very familiar with certain billboards in the area, given the amount of times we passed them.
I felt too uncomfortable swimming at the waterfall in a full swimsuit (as a woman, I would recommend bathing shorts and a top) but had a paddle and my husband did enjoy a swim.
We ended the experience after lunch as it was almost 3pm by that point and we were fed up and just wanted to go back to our hotel.
Would not recommend as this is not a tour and would rather have paid for a taxi to the Batu caves and back.

I was solo-travelling, so I thought it would be a good option to get a guided tour. I booked the group tour, as it is a good way to meet people. I was not at all informed that there was no one else on the trip, and that it would be just me and the driver.
The driver made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and asked highly inappropriate questions - I was made to feel so uncomfortable that after getting off at the first stop at Batu caves, I decided to make my own way back and cut the trip short. I paid 240 RM, to go for 30 minutes on a trip that should've been 6 hours.
I also tried to get in contact with the travel agent, Travel Yamu, to request a refund, they picked up my initial call but have ignored every call since then. Awful company and awful experience - save your money and go these places yourself by taxi.

Me and my wife were visiting Kuala Lumpur from Ireland in June 2024. It was an excellent experience with the tour guide Mohammad Fauzi who took us for more than 6hrs around in 5 different places though it was booked for 3 places but did not change anything extra. Very knowledgeable person and great tour guide and excellent company. When visit again to Malaysia will book them again. Highly recommended.

Our guide Aris is a native Malaysian and has wealth of knowledge about the history of places we visited. Personally loved the waterfall as it was refreshing to get into the cool water in hot humid weather. Much needed after Batu Caves and hot springs. Lunch at the local restaurant was really good. My boys enjoyed the Mee Gorang. Since our group was just us three we were able to customize our trip. We skipped the Batik, Pewter & Culture center and instead finished our day at Belice Chocolate Kingdom! Loved the day and Aris made it extra awesome with his friendly attitude and sharing interesting facts throughout the day!

Visiting Batu Caves was great. Tour driver was quiet and not say too much.
Was a very hot day. Could have gone for swim at waterfall if known you could swim there.

Brilliant day! Batu Caves were amazing, waterfall breathtaking. The visit to the Royal Selangor factory was fascinating. Lots more on the tour too! Our guide Harry (aka Uncle Harry) was entertaining and brilliant.

The tour was great. My driver was Harry and he had a really great positive vibe about him. His knowledge was good and gave us lots of facts about life in Malaysia.
Myself and several other people in the tour (the tour comprising of 5 of us) did not realise that we also went to the pewter museum as well as the batik textiles and coffee places before the hot springs and waterfall.
Although these stops were interesting and worthwhile (minus the coffee stop) this confusion caused us to not be able to fully enjoy the little stops as we felt disoriented.
Having your guides give a quick summary/itinerary of the day before we leave KL would minimalise confusion. For us tourists, we should have also taken note of the description on Viator.
(Perhaps too the tour description/pictures could be amended)?
Lunch was at a humble Indian restaurant. Delicious.
Overall, I recommend the tour. Thanks for a nice day out!
