This was the best decision we made about the whole trip. We were going to take the train from Berlin to Prague, but decided to do the Transfer instead so we can make a few sightseeing stops. Milan, our driver/tour guide arrived early at our hotel to pick us up, but he patiently waited and didn’t rush us. He speaks very good English, was very personable and kind, especially to our kids. There were 9 of us, so we had two cars. Our other driver Renee was equally nice and caring too.
Milan recommended we make two stops—at Moritzburg Castle and Dresden, both of which we really enjoyed. Lunch was lovely in Dresden. We wish we had more time. Milan and Renee got us to Prague safely and at a decent time. They were very gracious and really made the journey enjoyable for us. I would definitely do this tour again if there was another opportunity and would recommend them to others.

Jan picked us up in Berlin, and from that point on his focus was making our visit the best it could be. He listened to our desires, set up any requested stops, took us to an adorable little spot for lunch ( where he read the menu to us, and made recommendations, ordered, and helped with figuring out paying the bill. He went with us on one tour when he sensed that I was a bit uncomfortable with not speaking the language.
The best part came after he had completed what I considered to be his contracted service... he contacted me to recommend things to see and do in Prague, made necessary reservations for us, was available for questions or concerns, and again the final day of our trip, picked us up and took us on a driving tour of Prague, arranged lunch at a riverside restaurant, again advised on food selections and helped with figuring out the payment. He dropped us off at the Charles Bridge with complete instructions on how to take a river cruise.
Jan and his company provided a service I have never experienced in all my years of travel, domestic or international. He made sure we knew what we needed to know in order to really experience Prague. And all this for the small very affordable fee for private car transfer from Berlin to Prague.
This is a quality company with service to the traveler as their mission. I can wholeheartedly recommend using them for travel in this area!!
