This review isn't about the castle as this company has nothing to do with it. Castle is stunning but tour is short.
The company is a tad misleading in their description of what the do and how they operate. They are truly a second hand ticket shop, almost like an in person ticketmaster. So they charge more for an already purchased ticket. With that being said, there is a market for it. Neuschwanstein tickets sell out quickly online or you stand forever in a line for a ticket in the early morning. This service pre-buys tickets for everyday with reserved tour times. Unfortunately, it is a bit out of the way to get to as it is closer to Fussen city center than on the actual way to Neuschwanstein. You also don't know your tour time until you pick up the tickets. They do tell you where to park, how to get up to the castle and what to do when up there, so there is some value added services.
To reiterate, the company/service is great if tickets are sold out online and you plan on still going and want to "skip the line" on the morning of.
However, there isn't much of a "guide" as stated. The "we leave at 9:00" doesn't mean anything as there is just a ticket purchased and that's it. It is up to you to get to the castle from their location in Fussen. Last, their location is a bit out of the way, especially is traveling by train and bus.

The process was very straightforward and the person who gave the tickets was very eager to explain everything. I think those who gave bad reviews didn’t read the very simple instructions. You just pick up the ticket from them and make your own way to the castle. They do charge more, but they’re pretty much your only option if you didn’t buy tickets well in advance. I really appreciate their service and that we were able to see Neuschwanstein at the last minute.

Pricey tickets with zero added value (just buy official ones in advance).
Seller extremely hard to get in contact with.
Unclear castle entry times not mentioned in the listing anywhere.
Strict ticket pickup times that are way in advance of the actual castle entry times.

Everything went very smoothly!! Pick up building (LA Hostel) was easy to find. The men running it were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. They were very clear about when and where to catch the bus, what time to be inside the castle gate and to not be late. The castle is amazing and we were so glad we were able to get tickets this way (since they were sold out on the official site for our date). We stayed at the Muller hotel. It was right next to the bus pick up (beautiful and excellent food too)!

The tickets were worth 18 euros each, or 36 euros for 2 and Viatour made us pay 82 euros! No tour or guide, just the tickets. You had to go with your own car and pay for parking, plus a shuttle to go up to the castle.

The tour was only a little over 20 minutes long. You were in the castle and you were already out again. The guide only gave the necessary information. The café at the end of the tour is very expensive, as are the souvenir shops.
