Actually, we went to the meeting point and the tour leader never showed up. Finally, Viator’s customer service reach 30 minutes after the presumed beginning of the activity and answered that it happened, it was cancelled at the last minute because there is not enough clients

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH THIS TOUR COMPANY! I waited for over an hour to be picked up for tour and nobody showed up! I tried calling the company (Columbia Tours and travel) and THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS! They took my money and ran! Once again, DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH COLUMBIA TOURS AND TRAVEL!!!!

Excellent tour. Very good guide and driver.
Saw the lagoon (dorado) and salt cathedral. Both were great. One of the best things to do from Bogota.
