My hubby and I had a wonderful time in Machupicchu and Valencia Tour went above and beyond, all I can say is that they exceeded our expectations, they are very professional and you feel that they are taking care of you all the time, always communications by WhatsApp and Aracely always had an answer to all our questions. Our Tour guide Maria Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and very helpful, she took us lots of pictures with her phone, breathtaking views, all we needed to do is relax and pose for the pictures, I’ll definitely make our reservations with Valencia Tour again, we loved it!!

Everything went very smoothly and on time, from pick ups from airport and hotel to drop offs and collections during tour days.

His knowledge of the Secret valley and the walking tour in Machu Pichu was above and beyond!!
Have never had anyone be so thorough!! He made sure we understood everything about where we were.
I would record to anyone who comes or wants a tour in Peru, to request Claudio.
I know we will recommend him to anyone we know!
His demeanor was extremely professional and always asking how we were feeling.
He really cares about his clients!
He gives his heart and soul wherever we went!
Thank goodness we had him!

The bad news: When we arrived at Machu pichu, the ticket booth informed our guide that our tickets were for the wrong day and we could not enter. Big mistake by the tour operator who booked our tickets!
The good news: Our guide was able to smooth things over with the supervisor and we got in! Thank you Elizabeth for saving the day!
All the guides, drivers are great. The hotel was BEAUTIFUL. If you're only going for M.P. I recommend the over night so you aren't rushed and can enjoy the area and have a nice dinner.
Just ask the tour to confirm your ticket dates before you go!

Difficult to choose merely a few. The textile shop on the way was extraordinary. The demonstration of the weaving and dyeing process was fascinating. On the day, the mountain top was eerie, mystical, ethereal. Fantasy film perfect as the clouds drifted away revealing the ancient ruins. Egad. Guide Elizabeth was so thoughtful in adjusting our departure for a later time to give me time to rest in the morning. She knew the overcast would obscure the view, and so, chose a better schedule. Sweet, funny, smart, patient, solicitous of this old poop dragging his sorry corpus up the mountain. Observant! pointing out the hidden wildlife I missed. Sly confederate in shooting a video of my tai chi practice to show class at home. Gently encouraged me to get pictures of me that I was reluctant to make, but now I am thrilled to have. Met many other travellers along the way. We compared notes, suggested new destinations to each other. I celebrated my 70th birthday literally at the top of the world. that Sunday. Four other people in my train carriage back to Ollentaytambo had the same cumpleaños as mine! What a celebration! I can't post the video, can't get releases from everyone, and we SAG members are on strike. A waiter at a restaurant was so delighted to learn I was a Hoosier (he had visited Indianapolis) he took his rest break time to give me lessons in Quechua! Kevin's favorite phrase -- done in authentic Schwartzenegger -- Kutmusaa! (I'll be back). If you decide to go to Old Mountain (Machu Picchu), do it NOW.

What a wonderful two days we had with a Cusco tour and Machu Pichu. Our hotels, the Aranwa in Cusco and the Inkaterra in Machu Pichu were phenomenal. Most of all,our guide Guido, was an incredible host and so full of Peruvian history. His attention to detail was superb. We had an unbelievable time due to his attentiveness.

We took a 2 day private tour to Machu Picchu and it was fantastic especially because of our guide Nico. He took really good care of us and his knowledge about the history of the inca was just impressive. We would def recommend the agency and highlight again our tour guide Nico. Thank you.
