The trip was a lot of fun. I slept through most of the drive, but the scenery I did see was beautiful. I had hoped to see wild koalas, but due to time constraints, we only saw kangaroos. I loved our driver/tour guide—he was passionate and extremely patient with us. Although I didn't catch his name, he was very kind and made the experience memorable.

The 12 Apostles is a must see in Melbourne. Our tour guide/driver Richard was friendly and fed us with lots of information. This tour company is efficient. Everything went well and whatever was on the itinerary was completed. I thought it was a waste of time going to Anglesea Golf Club just to pass by to see kangaroos. That should be scrap off the tour since we already stopped at Kenneth River to see them. Would have preferred to stay longer at Apollo Bay and go to Bell Sea. Richard introduced us the place to eat at Apollo Bay was good. Overall a good tour.

It was fun to go to 12 apostles and more interesting was koala watch on the way.
Everything was fine with the bus but the Only thing was that the windows of the 24 seater were not clear so view was not upto date.

Our helicopter ride, so glad we did it. Memorable and exciting quite pricey though. Will recommend to our friends who plan to visit Australia

It was a great experience to join this tour! It was also suitable for me. I was a little nervous when I joined a tour group for the first time. But I didn't expect that the driver and tour guide were great. He could take care of everyone. I really thank him. The weather was great and helped me take many of the most beautiful photos in my life! Fortunately, we saw a lot of rainbows. The rainbows were on the other side of the sea. From a distance, it looked like a colorful ladder hanging between the sea and the sky. We also saw wild kangaroos and koalas. We were very happy along the way.

My husband and I had a great time. We just had to sit and relax during the tour.

The guide is fun and humble and much helpful, he brings calm atmosphere for all passengers, everyone was punctual and happy thanks to his guidance. For the sightseeing spots, great view as always.

Not on tour, just two of us on a Great Ocean Road trip, visited the 12 Apostles on a busy Tuesday, parking very full, as it is Victorian school holidays. An amazing walk viewing various angles of the Apostles, well managed walking trail, fabulous amenities with toilets, and all absolutely free! A must world resounded place to visit on your Great Ocean Road trip.

We really enjoyed the tour and it exceeded all of our expectations of a bus trip along thr Ocean Road.
Our driver/ tour guide Neil was very knowledgeable about his homeland and knew just where we might see all of the wild animals that you would ever hope to see in the south of Australia. Despite the rain at the beginning of our trip we were able to see kangaroos on a golf course. We also saw seals, a Koala and lots of wild birds such as parrots and kukaburras, basically everything you learn about but never see in the wild if you live in the northern hemisphere (except for in the zoo maybe). Neil even brought binoculars with him to allow the guests to get a better look at the animals... and was happy to stop at the road side when he spotted a kangaroo or a Koala.
The tour was easy going Despite being a long day's drive and we didn't stop once at anywhere that the guide might have been offered commission to drop us at for a break.
We stopped for breakfast at a normal roadside cafe with clean toilets and at a seaside town with lots of options for lunch. There was no pressure at all to visit anywhere or buy products (which I've had on plenty of other tours).
If I was to recommend anything to do whilst you're visiting Melbourne I would recommend that you go out on the Great Ocean Road tour. It was brilliant.
I couldn't recommend it more highly.
My highlight of the day was the kangaroo hopping across the road in front of us on the way home.. but even if that hadn't happened I was happy to visit the apostles, Loch ard and all of the little towns and stop off points in between.
