Terrible, DO NOT BOOK - completely let down by Viator. I booked and paid for an airport executive transfer from Belfast City Airport to the Fitzpatrick Hotel in Belfast. (June 2024). Arrived at the airport, no sign of driver. Called the chaufuer company direct and the proprietor of the company told me he had not been sent a booking through Viator and in fact Viator had not paid him for over 12 months. Contacted Viator, useless, WhatsApp for this type of problem is not suitable. Took an hour, time wasted chatting back and forth - Viator offered an alternative - Airport pick up to Lisbon which I would have to book via the website! Even then the hotel was "not on the list" - What? No where near where I needed to be taken. I eventually gave up and paid for a Taxi Cab from the airport in to Belfast City. I've been using Viator for over 10 years - service has drastically been reduced over this time - and I see today this transfer service is still available to book! Waiting for refund, why does this take 7 days?

We used this chaffeur company as we loved game of thrones and wanted to hear some stories from our driver about the time as Kits driver. Car was extremely clean, great driving and worth every penny.
We would definitely use this service again :-)

Colin picked us up from Belfast Intl Airport to the Titanic Hotel, return journey next day. Car is immaculate, communication was great, really prompt and a friendly, helpful guy. Would highly recommend.

I was picked By Colin he was polite at Belfast International, professional and friendly, the service i was given was superb, On the return journey it was more of the same from Andy. It is the standard all Taxi firms should strive for!

Our driver James was very friendly and gave us the perfect welcome to Belfast after a delayed flight. He provided a lot of great history and advice on great places to see on our visit. Definitely recommend!

Colin picked me up from Belfast International, he was very friendly, punctual and kept in touch beforehand by text making me very relaxed. He was extremely knowledgeable and freely talked about all the interesting places to visit, he even text later with some suggestions which we followed and had the most awesome day out. I cannot recommend him highly enough - especially those who love Game of Thrones. I will use him on every trip now.
