Excellent tour led by Alexandros! Alexandros did a really good job explaining the history and what it is like to live in Athens presently.
The electric bikes were great. Helpful tip: There was an option to book a tour with Athens by Bike for non-electric bikes using a different listing. I think both options are great, the electric bikes are nice and easy for going up hills, whereas the non-electric take a little more work, but don't seem too strenuous overall. We chose the electric bikes because we didn't realize there was an option and it worked out great.
I was initially nervous about biking in Athens seeing how there aren't bike lanes on main roads in the city. But I was pleasantly surprised as this tour stays primarily on the walking streets near the Acropolis and some smaller roads further out, so that you're not battling traffic or dealing with cars. I felt very safe on this tour.
This was a fantastic way for us to get a great view of the main sights in a short period if time. Without the tour I think we would have missed a lot just by going on foot. I would recommend doing this at the start of your trip to help you get a lay of the land and determine which sites you'd like to explore in more depth.

I have taken a few ebike rides in different European cities. Getting to the bike place was fairly easy and located centrally to Athens. We were given decent ebikes with no issues. Athens really has very limited bikes lanes so you ride on planned quiet streets or through the crowds. Being in the shoulder season, it was fine. Summer crowds would be more of a challenge. Our guide took us to neat places and gave a little speal here and there. I never had to really turn on the power as it is mostly flat and only a slight uphill here and there. But being lazy and not having to sweat is a nice option. It is worth the cost for a few hours of enjoyment and meeting other folks. Just be aware of where your tires are going as there are stone drains and hazards as one boy found out.

Our tour guide, Kostas, was amazing! He showed us the best of Athens. He had all of our names memorized within the first five minutes, and carefully crafted the experience to each person's interest. Afterward, he offered even more recommendations to continue the fun.

Felix was great! What a good way to see many parts of Athens. He keeps you safely off main roads, and it's fairly easy even if you are not used to riding bikes often. Half our group did electric bikes, the other half regular bikes. A great experience and would highly recommend!

Highly recommend. The e bikes are safe, simple to operate, and perfect for negotiating narrow and sometimes steep Athenian streets and pathways. Our tour guide, Alex, was excellent, providing interesting information based on both his academic knowledge and experiences from living in the city.

Maria took us on a trip that had several 'wow' moments. She was informative and made sure that everyone could keep up with the group. It was a bike tour, not a bike race, she said, and that seemed to put everyone at ease. There were shots of the Acropolis from places we hadn't seen before, and the trip to the first stadium that held the Olympics was a highlight. I would recommend this trip, and I would always recommend Maria.

We have always tried to do a bike tour in places we travel, and this tour in Athens is certainly one of the best we have experienced. Felix, our German born and now Athens local, who speaks perfect English and has a killer sense of humour too, was relaxed, very well informed and knowledgeable. He took us to places that you just don’t see unless you have a local guiding you. E-bikes were great, really safe route and very quiet traffic (cars and people) on the 5pm tour. Highly recommended!!
