Viajé solo a Yucatán y decidí contratar este tour privado de 6 cenotes, los más conocidos y vistos en redes sociales.
Unos amigos me recomendaron hacerlo por mi cuenta, ya que me dijeron que era fácil llegar y que una vez que llegara a los pueblos, los mismos lugareños me cobrarían un taxi y que me llevarían a los lugares más barato. Pero nada de esto es correcto, no te arriesgues y ahorres unos pesos, no vale la pena.
Puedo asegurarles que contratar este tour privado es lo mejor.
Contacté a Travelezza y estoy muy agradecido por el excelente servicio pre, durante y post venta. Me tocó un chofer maravilloso la mejor guía privada y personaliza, quien fue puntual al llegar al hotel, muy atenta, empatiza y con gran conocimiento de los cenotes, la historia maya y sobre la región de Yucatán, ahhh y buen sentido del humor.
Llegamos a los primeros 4 cenotes, el lugar se llama Santa Bárbara, y menos mal que lo contraté con esta agencia, por que llegamos de primeros en la mañana y pareciera que el lugar era exclusivo para mi, disfruté de los 4 cenotes al 100% limpios y muy bellos, siempre con mi guía a mi lado, me dió todo el tiempo del mundo para nadar y relajarme, me sentí muy seguro y tranquilo. Luego de terminar la primera parte del tour, nos nos trasladamos en la Mini Van a Mucuyché, el segundo lugar a visitar en este tour, también privada la hacienda con un recorrido compartido internamente. Si no hubiera contratado privado, no hubiera dado con ese lugar, difícil de llegar, en el camino me ofrecieron snacks y un minibar lleno de bebidas. Llegamos a Mucuyche, y el grupo adentro con el guía local era pequeño, mi guía privada entró conmigo, siempre a mi lado hasta adentro de los cenotes, así que me siento privilegiado de haber estado siempre cuidado, me acompañó y todo lo que el guía local no mencionó, ella lo complementó durante el recorrido, ahhhh y me tomó mil fotos.
Me siento afortunado de haber contratado a la agencia Travelezza. Puedo aconsejar a todo el que lea este review que es mejor que contraten este tour privado y no se arriesguen a ir por su cuenta. Vale toda la pena y cada dolar invertido les aseguro que está bien invertido, fue mi mejor tour en Yucatán. Regresaré y volveré a contratar a esta agencia.
Si pudiera darles 10 estrellas, se las daría :)

It is a tour that is very worthwhile, I did not know which cenotes to go to out of so many that exist in Mérida, but my family and I really loved this tour, the passion that the guide Blanca Gamboa has, transmits that love for Mayan culture, she has a lot of experience, we definitely plan to return and take the tours with her. These cenotes are beautiful. Miguel the driver, also super friendly and polite. We had an incredible experience, both from the cenotes and from the guide and driver. Thanks for everything Blanca and Miguel.

Blanca & Israel were AMAZING!!!!! The service, communication, and information during booking was also great! I loved how easy it was to book on WhatsApp and get everything ready to go! We were on a tight schedule and they actually recommended to pick us up at the airport and go straight from there! That was such a great idea as we were on a tight schedule!! I absolutely love a private tour - water, snacks, comfortable car, great tour guides! It makes everything way better! I loved learning the history and culture. I would recommend them to anybody!! We are going to Mexico City next and I plan to convince my girlfriends to book a tour with me there too! Also, I prefer to book direct from their website/whatsapp

This was a great day trip from Merida for a family. We saw a variety of cenotes and a historic hacienda, and our guide was helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked him, from history, to language, to animal and plant ID. It was a great way to start our family vacation in the Yucatán.

The itinerary was excellent, allowing us to see a variety of gorgeous cenotes as well as tour a hacienda. Our tour guide, Gabriel, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had, on topics from history, to language, to plant and animal ID, to family friendly restaurants in the area. This was a wonderful way to start our first trip to the Yucatán Penisula.

The truth is that it is more expensive for you to get it here in this agency, it is twice as much, friends, it is better to get to the little town and there you hire a person who will charge you $250 for 4 people and they will wait for you in each cenote without setting a time limit, not common in this one. scam agency that was harassing us for 30 minutes per place oh and maybe I forgot access to the cenote is only $60 pesos it includes bathrooms, dressing rooms, and unlimited time and you eat where you decide not like where we ate how they are associated and it is The place was very touristy, the truth was that the food was called Santa Barbara.

My partner and I had a great time! No hidden fees like every other deal we have found, esky full of cold drinks (buffet lunch at own expense as labeled)
The trip was well organised, clean transport and private.
I’d recommend this package if you want to avoid people when you can and see the cenotes at your own pase with no rush.
I don’t want to spoil anything, but one of the cenotes is probably the best you could see. Well worth the money.

Every place we went to was magical and incredible, I had had the opportunity to go with other guides but these tours were complete, you come with your mind loaded with images of places that are treasured in your heart. It really was a unique experience to tour with Travalezza, highly recommended.. ❤️Yucatán!
