WHAT TO EXPECT

We will pick up from hotels in Hanoi old quarter or Hanoi opera house in the morning

Visit Hoa Lu ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le and Ly Dynasty.

11.15AM: Continue the tour with 30 mins - cycling around the village to discover the life of local people. Notes: Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't know how to bike or too fat. - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles. 11h45: Have lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods goat meat, fried rice…. Vegetarian foods is always available at the lunch.

13h00: Visit Tam Coc by 1.5 hours by bamboo boat. During the boat trip, you will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy field, river, water, cloud,sky and stunning cave system. All make a masterpiece which Vietnamese people called “ Halong Bay on land”

16.00: Climbing up almost 500 steps of Mua cave area, you can reach to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here 17h00: Get on the bus to return to Hanoi. Around 19h30-19.45: Get dropped off at Hotels in Hanoi

This was an amazing experience, our guide Victor was friendly, informative, helpful, spoke excellent english and had a great sense of humour, the driver was also excellent at is job as traffic in Vietnam can be a little crazy, the views and scenery were breathtaking

Our guide Sophie was amazing and very entertaining. She gave us a glimpse in to the life of Vietnamese people and their religion. She also gave us a detailed brief on Ninh Binh. While the bus journey was a bit long but it wasn't boring, she kept us engaged for more than half the way.

Victor is an amazing tour guide and he partners with Hua as our driver today. They were very attentive to all the details of our needs. The day trip went extremely well. Thanks to their great efforts and experience to navigate through the traffic in the morning, brought us through the temple / stories behind the kings and queen, the Tom cac boat ride, the mountain climbing, lotus lake etc and then safely return us to our respective hotels. Everything went smoothly. I was a bit jetlag as we arrived a day before. One of my kids were sick and my wife had to attend to him. But like Victor said the trip will leave all the trouble/ anxiety behind.

He was right.

Fantastic tour!!!
Pick up was at my hotel and the bus was on time.
Tour guide Victor was very good and extremely knowledgeable.
The bike ride was enjoyable and not at all challenging.
Boat ride was good but maybe a little bit too long.
The hike up to the top of the mountain was the best part, a bit challenging but magnificent views!!!
Lunch was also very good.

Would definitely recommend this tour.

My friend and I had a great time!

The tour started with picking up at the hotel, then a stop for a break, biking along the suburb, visiting the temple, lunch, a bamboo boat ride and lastly a 45 minutes hike.

It was an intense tour but learnt a lot about the Vietnamese culture - our tour guide Victor, he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his culture, and he knows a lot about other cultures too.

The driver was super friendly and helpful as well - we really appreciate them for their effort in making sure we had a great trip.

One suggestion on the tour would be to shorten the bamboo ride as 1.5 hours can be a little bit too long.

Victor was so kind and knowledgeable, He clearly explained the history of Vietnam and answered all my questions, He made me understand and like Vietnam better. I recently enjoyed an incredible full-day trip to Ninh Binh, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the day was filled with breathtaking scenery, fascinating history, and the impeccable guidance of our tour guide, Mr. Victor.
This full-day trip to Ninh Binh was a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural enrichment. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Mr. Victor as your guide. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and warm personality made the day truly special.

Amazing tour, don’t miss out on visiting Ninh Binh! My guide Victor was very knowledgeable and charismatic, and the itinerary was planned perfectly! I really enjoyed hearing him teach a bit about Vietnam, I think it’s so important to learn about the country you’re visiting and the significance of the sites you’re seeing!
I also really enjoyed that this tour gives you many different experiences- you’re not only visiting breathtaking places but you’re biking, hiking, getting a boat ride and visiting temples.
