Once in a lifetime, you have tho train the Thai national sport from where it comes and with proper muayhti fighter and trainer.

Unforgettable experience. Trained here for three weeks and am fascinated. Met very nice people from all levels and all around the world.
The gym offers perfect packages for training, accomodation, etc.
The staff is super nice and the trainers are well experienced and extremly friendly. They offer both, beginner and experienced martial artists opportunities to fight in Thailand.
The Training is precisly organized and the gym is clean and offers everything you want and need to train. The healthy café offers delicious and healthy food. The customer service before, during and after the stay is just perfect. They really take care of you. I can highly recommend this gym and will come back for sure!

Top muay thai camp. Modern with all the facilities you are looking for, but above all, very good trainers and training. Followed the advanced training courses for 2 days. 2 hours of training (running 5 km / jumping rope / sparring / pads / etc) ideal for the experienced martial artist who wants to accelerate. Of course also a good offer for the novice martial artist.

Amazing facilities, amazing instructors and the an incredible experience learning Muay Thai on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. Come here if you want to get into amazing shape while learning an ancient martial art from some of the best teachers in the world :)

It was a great experience for both new fighters and experienced ones. Not only were the lessons well delivered and broken down efficiently they were also amusing with great coaching staff who helped to make Muay Thai a fun experience. Lots of jokes were made with safety still the main priority. After completing my time at Punchit gym I feel like a much better fighter and much healthier.
I would recommend this gym to everyone

Punch It Muay Thai is the perfect place for experiencing Muay Thai! Whether you are a beginner or experienced - Punch It have a class for everyone! The coaches are top class and they make sure you have a tough and challenging training session every single time - all done with a smile on their faces!
I stayed nearly 3 month and was one of the best things I have done!

The best Muay Thai experience I've had so far in Thailand!! Amazing infrastructure and excellent trainer. The trainers make each session unique and with a variety of different exercises. In this gym you won't do bag work only for 7 rounds.
Also a big compliment to other staff, which has done a great job helping us organize everything and was helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming again

I’ve trained Muay Thai in Thailand for nearly two years now at multiple gyms. I recently moved to Samui and after a month at Punch It, it’s easy to say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been at. I love it! The classes are challenging and the trainers are very knowledgeable and work you hard. The gym is also very very clean which is not the case at most gyms I’ve been to. I highly recommend stopping here if you visit Koh Samui.

Great Gym on the Island for everyone who likes to train or learn authentic muay thai - Its not crowded like the lamai gym - the trainings in advanced and fighter class are tough and getting you on a new level -

I had 0 experience with any sort of MMA so I was nervous heading into this, but the team of Punch It was really patient with me and so were all the class members. After one month of training I left feeling like I got A LOT better!
The trainers focus a lot on technique and this is perfect for beginners, but the conditional part is no joke either. Every day I felt like I was getting better and stronger. I think the end result showed this as well
