We needed a ride form the port to our hotel in Rome and the hotel recommended the service. Vasile was our driver, and he was prompt, professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. He pointed out some very interesting facts about the area. If we ever find ourselves in Rome again and need a car service, we will not hesitate to use this firm and would request Vasile.

Fanica picked us up! Due to an accident he took us to our hotel a different way; which showed us the opportunity to chat and learn about things to do in Rome. Saw things we wouldn't have on our drive. Fantastic you g man! Bravo

I booked a ride to pick us up at the Fiumicino airport and take us to our hotel in Rome. Making the reservation was easy and the communication on where to meet the driver was excellent. When we arrived in Rome, our driver Alexandru contacted me to let me know he was waiting for us. After a delay at baggage claim, we were on our way. Alexandru was very friendly and professional and pointed out sights along the way and offered tips on sightseeing in Rome.

Horrible! Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we were tied up in customs 2 hours, they left without taking this into consideration abandoned 2 woman and a child in a foreign country without a thought and refuse refund. Was never told I could “purchase more time”.Don’t use!

I arranged a car for my daughter and a friend who were traveling together for a study abroad program in Rome. Several hours before the trip, there was a flight delay that meant they wouldn't make the connection, so the entire itinerary had to be rebooked. This company was very flexible and responsive about rescheduling the pick-up. Then when we went to the airport, we realized there was a 3rd student traveling on the same flight, so I had to contact the company yet again to ask for another change. Again, they were very flexible about finding a larger vehicle for them and making the change. Then after that, there was another flight delay, and the company was good about monitoring the status and accommodating their schedule yet again. When the girls arrived, they had no trouble finding the driver and he got them to their destination very safely and quickly. When you're sending teenagers to a foreign country on their own for the first time, it's nice to have the peace of mind that the airport car service will be flexible and reliable. Highly recommend.
