Unforgettable Submarine Trip with Snorkeling from Hurghada

Did not arrive at the appointed time. Got a new time and they didn't come that time either. Will never book them again. Was looking forward to this trip

Nothing special really. Add a bit more and book a legit and longer snorkeling experience. Also a friend of mine book this same trip on the same day but someone they didnt see his booking. On our pick up day, its only my name that’s on their list. We showed the tour guide his receipt but still he didn’t allow him to come with us. He said someone’s gonna pick him up. My friend rang the company and he was told he can take the taxi and they’ll refund 50% of the fare!!! Like why didnt you guys double check your list or honor the receipt and let someone join??!!

Firstly we got off to a bad start with this tour. I had booked the 10:30 AM time but they changed me to 2:30pm. We had other plans so could not go. Viator was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and the company made it right by allowing us to rebook for the next day. This was the perfect length of time for us. We were taken to the Marina, then shipped out to sea. Once we got out to sea we were able to go down below which was exactly like a submarine. We spent about 45 minutes in the sub, there was lots of space and windows to look out of This day was very windy and the sea was rough. My partner got a bit sea sick so didn't snorkel. We witnesses others throwing up as well. Snorkeling was unconventional, it was more like swimming. We had life jackets and masks and our guide had life savers for us to hold on to. There were soooooo many fish around us and the coral reef was breathtaking. The rough sea made for such a fun time in the water. All in all it was a good experience and I am glad we booked it

We were given a time of pick up but it seemed that this had changed and no one informed us. The driver arrived 1 hour earlier but since he didn't have our names the reception would not call us, for safety reasons of course. He ended up waiting for us for more than an hour, as we showed up at the agreed time.
Due to government restriction, swimming wasn't possible, hence snorkeling neither. This was a little disappointing but seeing the underwater world was otherwise was a cool experience.

Fun trip. Plenty of room on the boat. The boat was very clean. Crew was very entertaining and helpful. A multitude of beautiful fish and corals can be easily seen from the windows. Many fish came right up to the window.

Very good price. Good trip, we enjoyed it. Saw a lot of fish, beautiful red sea. Also was snorkeling. Free drinks. Good crew.

This was a wonderful experience. If you want to see the coral reef without getting wet this is your trip. They also give you the option to take a dip. Everyone is polite and attentive. Had a good time.
