You'll be greeted with a Welcome drink and have this whole tour for your private group and it's customizable to you! See the Riviera Maya coast from the Caribbean Sea! This tour will go to one of the most spectacular beaches you’ve ever seen called Playa Palancar. This is a secluded and incredibly pristine beach and the clear aquamarine waters makes it an ideal place to snorkel.
You get to enjoy your provided customized lunch your way, either onboard the yacht or on the beach under the shade of a “palapa” with your feet in the sand with amazing views in all directions. You'll breathe paradise.

Selected this private yacht for a 50th birthday.. what an amazing crew, Aldo and the Scalawags did a phenomenal job from start to finish. The food was fantastic the accommodations onboard were perfect and the crew energy was like no other. Thank you so much Aldo and the Scalawags for making this day so special!! Highly highly recommend this yacht and this crew!

A must do! Aldo, Moses, Rueben and Charlie attended to every need and did everything 110%.. The boat was immaculate. They did everything they could to make sure every single person in our 16 petson group had a good time and was safe. (Ages 10 to 82). We wish we would have done it earlier because we would have booked it twice. From the food, drinks, service, everything was A+. Do yourself a favor and book this trip. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing crew! Pollo, Alejandro and captain Luis were great. They were very attentive at all times! Alejandro prepared guacamole and ceviche as well as the burgers. Well done Alejandro! Pollo was entertaining and fun as well. More specifically, Pollo swam and pulled us (waters a bit choppy) along with a life buoy so we could easily relax and focus on snorkeling, making for a wonderful snorkeling experience. I would highly recommend this experience. We actually only had 3 of us on this excursion. All women over 50. We had a blast! The yacht holds a lot more people though.

This was our second time using riviera elite after having to reschedule our second visit a few times. I did communicate over the course of 15 months with Luis and they were always prompt, up front, and informational.
My husband was turning 40 so I decided to splurge, I got the birthday package and chose an 8 hour trip. The snorkeling was amazing and the beach was really lovely. they did not offer my husband’s cake until we were almost back to shore (it was great!) and I had ordered the birthday package, which came with sparkling wine. This was not offered and they ended up giving me really horrendous cheap sparkling wine when we docked. I would not recommend the birthday package.
We did provide a pre-docking tip to the three members of our boat. We were planning on giving more when we got back but one of the staff members became angry and was super aggressive on the way back - he made me really uncomfortable and I cried in the bathroom. It was just a really odd experience. We will not return and have booked another company for when we visit next month. Please see our last review - it was awesome last time - so this might be an exception.

We've come to Playa 5x now and this was by far the best excursion we've ever taken. The boat was great, the crew including Pollo, Omar and Beto were outstanding and attended to our every need. They were so nice and always checked in with us but also gave us plenty of time by ourselves just to enjoy the trip, the snorkling and the beach. We went to Columbia Flat for snorkeling and it was amazingly blue. The lunch they made us was delicious and there was plenty of cold water, beer and other beverages. As a bonus my son got to reel in a Mahi Mahi which only added to the fun. Highly recommend - it's well worth the price.
NOTE: If you get motion sickness, take something like Bonine (ask a doctor or pharmacist) at least two hours before. My wife gets motion sickness and had a really hard time on a fishing boat this week, but she took it two hours before this time and it worked like a charm.

We had a group of 10. All family couples. Spent the day aboard the yacht with crew. Everything was top notch, service was amazing. Crew more than willing to accommodate with anything. We truly had the best day ever!! Hesitant to book a trip via internet, but we are so happy we did. Everything from crew, food, drinks were just amazing!! If we ever come back we will use Elite Riviera private yacht tours again. Amazing day, great service!!!
