They never showed up to the resort to pick us up and will not return our messages for a refund. Very disappointed to say the least.

After the first tour, we kept coming back to Carlos and his team! They always gave us the best experience possible and tried hard to make sure everything was fun! 5 tours in 7 days and each one was special and different.
