Said they wanted to send me a message through whatsapp for time of pickup, and i wanted to communicate via viator, and he said he would update with time and then they never showed up. Cancelled and viator refunded but I would not recommend using this group. Communication is terrible.

This was one of the best tours we have been on in a long time! Our guide (I unfortunately do not remember his name) was awesome. You leave the beach driving your SeaDoo motor boat (it sits three) as fast as the boat will go. The feeling of the boat underneath you while going fast and jumping the waves was awesome! We got to the first spot and anchored. He then gave us snorkeling equipment and jumped in with us. It was beautiful. The water was crystal clear and so many beautiful fish. I should note that I do not like the ocean or snorkeling and it was amazing! We felt very safe the whole time and our guide dove and found coral and a sea urchin for us to look at a touch. We also never felt rushed, we stayed for about 30-40 minutes. Next stop was the “party cove” with a floating bar and a guy on a paddle board, making pina coladas in a pineapple. So cool! The final stop was a private beach where we got out and swam again and sat on the beach for a little while. We then drove back to where we started. Our guide even got my “chicken” wife to drive the boat and she loved it! The whole experience was about 3.5 hours. It was never rushed and our guide participated with us, never making us feel like we had to go. Between racing across the water on the boat, the snorkeling and the beach/swimming this was well worth everything we paid for it. Also, there is transportation included from your hotel to the boat and back. We were staying at the Palma Real and actually walked the mile back on the beach to the hotel. 5 stars!

The tour was great! It ended up being rescheduled, but it worked out well for us.
The communication was excellent throughout the entire process, from booking to drop off at the hotel.
The ride itself was a LOT of fun. The guides were great and the boats were fast!
We stopped for a few minutes of snorkeling, went to the natural pool area (really a party area with some drinks that were sold) and then stopped by some whale watching (through a fence) before driving the boats back.
All in all, the tour operator was very professional with great communication, the guides were fun, and we all had a great time!

I messaged the tour operator twice the day before to confirm the time and place for pick up. Since having a bad experience with another event, I booked on trip advisor I wanted to confirm. Since I never heard back from the tour operator, I canceled the event and was out the money as well. Not very happy with trip advisor at this point. Book through your resort, always safer and easier, do not use trip advisor.

Speedboat was fast but you are with a driver! Not what I expected coming from California. Plus the picture is false advertising, you don’t get a pretty green and white boat, you get a dirty ripped to shreds red and white boat.
