Enjoy the authentic chef experience cooking class with Rita and Luisa who are two sisters, experts in the culinary traditions of their territory preserving and sharing their knowledge of local traditions, recipes and hospitality, opening the doors of their home to all who wish to experience them. All classes are hands-on and feature local seasonal ingredients, some from Rita’s garden, most of them from the Sorrento Peninsula.
The class starts with a visit to the vegetable garden and collection of products (depending on seasonality). You will be offered a welcome drink and canapes. Every customer personally prepare the dishes with the supervision of our Chef. Your full course meal includes a half a bottle of local red or white wine, mineral water, dessert, coffee and Limoncello.
The Villa is located in the center of Sorrento.

Rafaela and Mariza were our cooking instructors; they were funny and enthusiastic about teaching. We made calzones, ravioli, eggplant Parmesan, meatballs, and Caprese cake. Everything was delicious, we were stuffed by the end of the night! It was a very small group which made for an even more warm experience. We even got more recipes sent via email! The best!

Raffaella is the perfect teacher. She is fun, knowledgeable and has a great heart 😘. I loved the whole experience and she made me feel I was the only student in the room! 😉
The experience was relaxed, assisted by great humour and a glass or two or Prosecco.
The food was delicious too! I will do you proud, Raeffaella, shaking my behind with passion, whilst cooking, replicating your recipes at home. A heart felt thanks to you.

When we booked our trip to Italy the top “to do” item on our wishlist was an authentic cooking class and we couldn’t have picked a better one! The atmosphere, the teacher, the food, everything was incredible! We not only learned a lot but had so much fun and would definitely recommend this class! We hope to make it back to Sorrento one day and will definitely book another class (or 2) here! Highly recommend!!

This was an awesome cooking school! A beautiful setting and two very talented women teaching us. It was easy to see how much they enjoyed their work. We made a variety of Italian foods and all delicious. We have been to several Italian cooking classes and this one was the absolute best!

We absolutely loved our cooking class! It was so personal, authentic, and a great time! Our chefs were very informative and so hilarious - they were wonderful teachers and so much fun to learn from. All of the food turned out so delicious - we cannot wait to remake the recipes at home! It was an overall phenomenal experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento!

This was such a fun and delicious experience. Rafaela was an excellent teacher. I can’t believe how many recipes we made in three hours. The setting was a beautiful Italian kitchen. They emailed all of the recipes along with several extra recipes. I have made the caprese cake since returning home and it turned out delicious. Now I need to try to replicate the delicious ravioli we made. I would highly recommend this cooking school!
