Yanni was an exceptional tour guide. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about Crete. He made my daughter and I feel like we were hanging out with a local. Our time on this private tour was a definite highlight of our stay. I HIGHLY recommend this service.

5* day. Yanni was our driver and was fabulous! Nothing was too much trouble, he even purchased us a cork screw which we had forgotten for the wine we purchased from the wine tour. The winery tour was fascinating, I recommend to anyone visiting the island and the lunch was just superb. All in all a superb day out as a couple, 100% worth every penny

The views, history, wine, and food were amazing, but above all the tour guides (Sophia and Eleni) and our wonderful driver Alexandros made the day truly special. Everyone was very knowledgeable, warm, and treated us like family. Would recommend to any family or small group visiting Heraklion - you will be well taken care of!!

Tony was our driver/guide. After picking us up from the cruise boat terminal, we went straight to Knossos Palace. Tony didn’t talk much at first until he realized we were going to ask a lot of questions, so he began to anticipate some questions. We did not have a tour guide inside palace grounds. That was a mistake. I wish Tony had told us to hire a guide or at least rent the laptop/video guide that we saw others using. We did our best reading as we progressed but feel sure we missed a lot. Because we didn’t stay there long, Tony added in a tour of an olive farm and production site that was awesome! We loved it! Then we went on to a winery and tasting which we loved too. Our host at the winery was great and we saw all the steps of wine making. Lastly we had a delicious Al fresco lunch at a local place! Way too much food but we enjoyed sampling all of it. Tony also described the areas we drove through, both economically and just the scenery. We liked that part.
