Sending them my money was the easy part, getting it back, unfortunately took way too much work on my part. Guys - things come up, I get it. But you need to do a much better job of servicing customers when things don't work out. I should not have had to follow up as much as I did to get my money back. Please do better.

Excellent transfer with Henry! He was at the airport waiting for my friend and I before we even arrived. He was friendly, polite and punctual. He made us two girls feel very safe. He was extremely personable, and he was able to answer all of our questions about Costa Rica. We had a longer drive to our hotel, and Henry made it SO much better. Highly recommend the company and a wonderful experience with Henry!

We had an incredible trip to Costa Rica with the help of from the team at MyCostaRica.org! It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we had a lovely surprise in our room from each hotel! So very thoughtful. They created a custom itinerary for us that matched our interests and kept within our budget. We had the most wonderful experiences seeing this beautiful country, incredible fishing, animals and lovely people! Our excursions were well planned, with experienced guides. They took all the hassle out of planning a memorable trip.

Junior was our driver. He was easy to find at the airport since he had a sign with our name on it. Carried and loaded our luggage and served us ice cold beers/waters on the drive to the hotel.

We highly recommend this service! We had a large party of 19 people which they were able to accommodate with absolutely no issues. The transportation was quick, clean, and safe. Additionally, we ended up booking this same company for multiple transfers and a day-long excursion! They were absolutely fantastic and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies.

Sebastian was so responsive by email and text and answered all of our questions. They were constantly on time or early and easy to locate. The whole team was so kind!

Our tour guide Danny and driver Anthony Jr. were AMAZING and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate at all to book them again! Thank you for making our vacation so great!

This ride was not worth $180. They pulled up to the pickup site in a regular vehicle, nothing extravagant (nothing worth $180). The driver also did not speak English. The driver provided wine but It was nasty and the driver kept the bottle. There was also no snacks provided. Please do not use this company. See if the hotel you’re staying at has a shuttle. This experience was not worth the price. Find a cheaper alternative.

Our airport transfer was great. Our driver was easy to spot and even offered to make a stop on our way to our rental. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone traveling to Tamarindo.
