This tour was awesome, we got a private tour of beautiful a slot canyon and our own view of Horseshoe Bend. Britt was knowledgeable and a great guide! Highly recommend doing this tour.

My wife and I had the pleasure of a private tour with Brit, one of the family members who owns Horseshoe Bend Tours. We rode in a very comfortable open-air truck along sand roads, through dry washes, and over steep inclines. When we arrived at the slot canyon, Brit led us down a trail, sharing wonderful information about the canyon's formation and personal family stories of years spent in the area.
We then rode out to his grandfather's private viewing area of Horseshoe Bend. The entire trip was highly professional, yet we felt like we were riding with a friend.

We drove 3 hours from Sedona for the Horseshoe Bend Canyon tour and let me say, it was beyond worth it! This tour was amazing! From the views to the wealth of knowledge we received, it couldn't have been better! We lucked up on a private tour for 2 so it was even more special. Bob was kind, engaged us with a boatload of useful information, and even assisted us in capturing the best photos to forever have this experience as a memory!
Highly recommend for anyone in Arizona! Thank you again Bob!

As a family of 6 - I was hesitant to book this excursion due to price. I read many many reviews across the different canyons - upper/lower antelope and this slot canyon. I finally hit the button to purchase and I’m so glad I did!
First and foremost - it is private - our tour had a total of 10 people!! Because of the small size we had so much time and space in the canyon by ourselves to take a TON of fabulous pictures! My 3 teens loved trying to get the desired pics as the lighting does change various views over the course of the time you are in the canyon ( an hour +).
Bob, our tour guide, was excellent. As a former local high school history/science teacher he knew how to entertain the children with a variety of stories and humor while educating us about the Navajo reservation and wildlife/plants native to the area. He also took the time to show us the best places to take pictures. Playing his flute as we traveled back through the canyon was magical!
Finally traveling over dirt roads through the Navajo reservation was an experience in itself. You really got to see the land and understand more about why it was developed/not developed and history of the Navajo and Page, AZ.
The view of Horseshoe Curve was spectacular - to the left of the public viewing area. It was super easy to take as many pics as we wanted with no crowds to worry about!
We did a variety of excursions across AZ and Utah during our vacation and this one was voted as either #1/#2 across my 4 kids. Very impressive!!
Just book it!

Highly recommend this tour company! From the moment we arrived, the staff (local and family owned) were friendly and kind. The pick-up location is conveniently located, clean and has everything's you need to rest in a cool comfortable before and after your tour (water, ice, televisions bathrooms, and a large table map of the area.) Our tour guide and his sister were wonderful hosts and the tour was spectacular. If you want a tour that provides a complete experience for your family, including a great ride in a safari jeep, we would highly recommend! Thank you for an absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience! ❤️

This tour is on Navajo land and the tour company is Navajo owned. The groups go out every hour and are limited to 25. We had 12 in our group and the canyon to ourselves. No ladders to climb. Easy walk from the bus. Our tour guide, Bob, was very knowledgeable about the history of the Navajo Reservation as well as the geology of the area. Once we entered the canyon, he instructed us how to change our phone settings to get the best possible photos and videos. We had plenty of time and never felt rushed. I would recommend this 'bucket list' adventure to anyone.

Must take this trip! Guide Jerri Ann was fabulous!!! Canyon is on private Navajo property! You won't see this canyon driving by! Even the Horse Shoe Bend is again on private property. Knows how to take the best pictures too!!!
