I bought the ticket for day 24 and was informed, two days before, that the stadium would be closed for a show. I took a chance and went back to the day of my return. The visit is very simple compared to other stadiums I visited with my son. It is only worth to know even pq in 45 minutes if you get a complete round with very quick information. Not to mention that we didn't even see the field pq were dismantling the show. Check everything well in advance.

***Do not use*** The trip itself is fine but the ticket company are atrocious and Viator are useless at providing any information.
Tickets arrived about 10 hours before the event with the wrong time on and grossly overcharged.

Terrible experience during our holiday. The pdf supplied stated “this is not your ticket”. The emailed tickets were not accepted at the gate and we were turned away. On trying to contact the tour operator (Ticketinrome) with details supplied, there was no response. Contacted Viator, who sold through Tripadvisor, they could only try the number we did, which was not available and tell us to try again (as if we could make the number work better than them.) We sent emails to Ticketinrome.com that have remained unseen and with no response. The upshot was being left with no support, €99 down and having to repurchase tickets at the stadium to avoid complete disappointment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER . This has caused much stress and anxiety that our tickets booked through Viator for other experiences during our stay in Rome, might not be as secure and genuine as we would hope. We now know that they are not helpful when there is a problem. Not what we expect when we come away for a once in a lifetime experience. We would expect more from Viator and Tripadvisor.

Total scam, no tickets were provided, tried calling their contact number and first it was engaged then no one would pick up! In the end I had to buy new tickets at the stadium.
I will now try and seek a refund!

Bad service and paid way too much!!! More than double what it costs at the stadium itself, requesting a different time was not possible while the tickets had not even been booked yet. So don't do that, just book tickets at the stadium yourself!!!!

The ‘guided’ part of the tour was very disappointing. We learned very little. And received nothing in the way of anecdotes about the stadium - unlike in other stadium tours, or other Viator tours booked on this holiday. The feeling was more that our guide was there to make sure we went in the correct direction and at the correct speed… which was quite fast.

Fabulous tour guide and lots of interesting information as well as lots to see. The tour was jam paxked from start to finish with great things to hear about from Roma and Lazio both.

I don’t understand how the stadium tickets (Stadio Olimpico, Rome) actually cost 28€ (as printed on the actual tickets) and Viator charged us 56€! For what exactly are we paying double the price?!!

From the tour to the guide everything was rubbish, very very disappointing, yet in every major football city we visit the stadium and the visit to the Olympico is by far the worst of all.

This trip was booked for my sons birthday present. We turned up at 10.40 to the stadium as our tour booked at 11 to be messaged by operator to say an issue with the tickets, can we come back at 1pm.
We couldn't hang around in the rain and wait until 1pm!!
The tour operator has since ignored me. I would not recommend.
