Abraham is the most knowledgeable guide. He has been guiding for over 20 years and very educated on the history of all the sites. He also is safety conscious and knows how to efficiently move us through the more crowded areas. His English is excellent and he is fun! He was also flexible to work with us on what we wanted to do. For example, adding the Red Valley to Rainbow Mountain tour. We made our own group of six, which I would highly recommend.

This was an outstanding guide, but the logistical support was poor. First, the guide!
Noah was among the best we have had during dozens of tours. He was extremely
knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. Being from the pre-Inca Quechuan
community, he spoke with a passion and depth of feeling that completely drew us into
his world. And he was in no hurry! He wanted us to soak it in, to see Machu-Picchu
through his eyes, and to understand what this place meant to its inhabitants. We
probably came with more background than most on Inca and pre-Inca civilizations, but
Noah shared an amazing amount of material that we had not known about. An
important side benefit of his unhurried pace was that we did not struggle to keep up
despite being at such a high altitude.
There were two logistical problems. We had agreed months ago to be met at our hotel
at 5 AM, and we had a confirming email a few days earlier. When we got to Cusco the
previous evening, we were told that the operator needed to meet with us that evening.
We sent three email replies trying to get a workable time; there were no responses. That evening, as we were getting ready for bed, the operator called and said he would
be over in ten minutes. We got dressed again and went downstair to meet him. The
information he gave was essential, and he changed the time for meeting our driver to
5:30. Our guess is that he decided that he would prefer an evening meeting to
getting up early the next morning. Maybe we could be more resilient; but the change did
not contribute to our experience.
The operator assured us that the driver would go into the train station with us to show
us where to go. When we got there, the driver waved us toward the crowded station and
gave us no guidance. I said, in Spanish, “Come with us.” He said nothing and again
waved in the direction of the station. We did find someone in the station to tell us where
to go. Perhaps, we have been spoiled by other guide services; we have come to expect better.

First this is my second trip with Abraham and his crew, our first time with my wife was an incredible experience that I could not keep hitting from my family so here we are a year later, but my entire family up and the experience was even more amazing. It’s an honor to visit this incredible site with such a well educated and professional company, we will back again next year for the Inka trail experience. Thank you abrahman, my family and I are over joyed with your your, I did not have to worry about planing, timing or exciting, I simply shared my family trip idea and Abraham made my dream come true, from the airport shuttle to making all reservations and purchase tickets, abraham converted all aspect of my trip making it very easy to enjoy the times with my family without any worries whatsoever. Again it was been an honor and thank you so much Abraham.

Traveling independently to a remote destination without knowing the language can be a challenge. At our request upon arrival, our Hotel provided the name of a local guide, tourguidenoe@gmail.com. Having never used a guide before on many trips around the world, I state emphatically that our guide optimized the trip beyond our expectations. From working with local officials to change reservations, helping my sick wife mid-trip, to sharing a native based historical and cultural background of the destination and area, we are comfortable sharing that the experience provided by Noe insured our trip would become a life changing experience. We witnessed many other groups without a local guide, who were struggling with optimizing the trip.

This was my first time in Peru and I was very nervous. I went with a group of people, some people I knew and some I didn't. Abraham and Jimmy both made me feel safe and comfortable as we explored Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, Ollantaytambo and Cusco. All amazing places and such an amazing experience. Abraham stayed with me during the hike down Machu Picchu, as there were some steep pathways and I was a little afraid of falling. I had such a good time in Peru and I think I would not have had such a great experience without an excellent tour guide and wisdom keepers such as Abraham and Jimmy.
