What a fantastic day out to Fraser island, we picked up on time by our driver and guide Kevin and Jacob who were very friendly professional and great to talk to for the whole trip. We got to rainbow beach where the ferry was waiting in no time flat and stopped at a service station just before to use the toilet facilities and to grab something to eat. Before we know it we on the ferry and onto Fraser island . What a beautiful spot driver stopped for us to watch a dingo on the beach which was great then off to Rainforest area for a quick walk a yummy morning tea, even had the pleasure of touching a small baby python which had snuck near our bus. Off to Mackenzie Bay which was beautiful had yummy sandwich fruit and drinks for lunch then back on the beach for an awesome drive, fantastic day out highly recommend

An unforgettable experience at K’gari! David was hilarious and made the trip incredible and he even joined in the activities which was great to see. We spent a good amount of time and every location and also the hotel was really nice. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough!

Absolutely shocking day. The worst excursion we’ve done in 35yrs of travelling together.
Shuttle bus from Noosa was an absolute crate. Haven’t been on anything with such poor seats since my school days. Driver seemed to be auditioning for a spot on a Formula 1 team, eating, drinking and flicking through his CD collection whilst driving. On arrival at Rainbow Beech, sImply dumped everyone at a filling station to wait for the 4WD vehicle.
4WD vehicle was not the “Warrior” vehicle referenced in all PR material but another one of the Toyota minibuses which someone had attempted to “pimp up” to a 4WD. Gearbox dreadful, suspension bottoming out, exhaust smells alternating with burning rubber.
Sightseeing elements of the day thoroughly mediocre.

Definitely a highlight of our trip to Australia. Jake absolutely made the day as a one man band - driver of the bus and the 4x4, knowledgeable, entertaining and funny guide, and even provided cakes and an excellent lunch - what a hero! Highlights were belting along the beach with other 4x4s, threading through the forest sand tracks, exploring the mature and tranquil rainforest, and cooling off in the pure water of Lake Mackenzie.

We are on a family road trip and decided to take in a 4WD tour to Fraser Island. We did not regret it, Jacob our tour guide was the perfect mix of being informative and humorous without being too in your face and did a perfect David Attenborough impression! 🤣
Also a fantastic tea/coffee stop, homemade cakes and freshly made rolls for lunch.
All in all great value and 10/10 for Jacob’s driving and friendly manner 👍

Our tour guide Dave was very knowledgeable giving us an appreciation of the diversity of the island. Driving through the rain forest then along the beach was a great experience.
Unexpected scenic flight above the island was a highlight! Then a dip in Lake MacKenzie made the day even better.
Highly recommended for a fantastic day out!

Our group of 5 did a private one day tour to Fraser Island that absolutely blew us away from start to finish. Our driver and guide Jacob made our day in every possible way. He was unbelievably knowledgeable, friendly, funny, polite and happy to answer all of our questions. Eli Creek, the Meheno Shipwreck, Central Station rainforest walk, Lake McKenzie, and the natural wildlife - all a must see. The catering was also perfect. Thank you so much Jacob and Discovery Fraser Island for making this trip one of the best days ever that will be remembered forever.

Pleasingly, there were no Thetan attacks and Dirty Dave was nowhere to be seen! Phew! We met Vivienne the dingo, saw some lovely birds, eels, lizards, dolphins and more.
Thanks for a great time, Discovery Fraser Island and thanks Jacob, you rock 🪨 … as in both ☕️ Rock and also 🎼🎹 rock. Heath.

Terrible company. Me and some friends hired them by the end of last year and we needed to cancel due to covid. It's been more then 3 months ant till now and we haven't get our refund which they told us they would do it. Now they simply disappeared, don't answer the phone oy reply our. e-mails. Do not buy any tour with this company, they have no commitment to their customers
