We took PDS Viajes as our agency to plan our family vacations, and we have been highly satisfied with it. Excellent attention and support before and throughout the trip, with relevant recommendations for each day. They were very attentive to us at all times. The accommodations were very comfortable, the plans for each day were incredible, they are very punctual and committed to providing the best possible experience, and with their entire work team they made these vacations wonderful days. Totally recommended. Very grateful for everything. It was an excellent decision to have them.

My reference when hiring this travel agency.
-I paid for a service whose objective was to know Machupichu, however, they did not do their job adequately and I returned to my country without being able to see it. It was a nightmare the last few days of my stay in this country and even thinking about paying more money on my own. Just so as not to miss the opportunity to meet him.

Absolutely terrible communication from tour company. I was like a parcel instead of a human being. Picked up and put down with no information as to whether I had time to eat lunch. Also driven to the train station and my driver who was helpful spending an hour trying to get my tickets to Board the train. Time I could used to loom round the town. Absolutely furious and it spoiled my trip which was very expensive

Unfortunately there was a labor strike during our time in Cusco and protestors were blocking the roads to Machu Picchu. This agency contacted me that they would find a solution to get us there, but then went silent. When I contacted them at 5pm the day before the tour, they told me they would drive us by car instead of train overnight leaving at 8pm that day for 6 hours and we would need to sleep in the car for 2 hours when we got there. When I said this was not an acceptable option, they refused a refund and became quite rude. Thankfully Viator ended up refunding, but this agency was very difficult to deal with and made a bad situation much worse for us.
Tour with anyone else if you must visit Cusco, but good luck with the common labor strikes there if you do! Not the best use of vacation time in our experience.
