Our driver was great, very friendly and professional. He drove us to our hotel and back to the airport. He gave us some great tips on nice beaches to check out on our stay.

The shuttle showed up at 4 am instead of 5 am.
Also we cancelled the previous shuttle as we had to walk a long way to the Grand Waikikian - there was pick up and drop on at the front of the Lobby.
When we rebooked we specified this and asked the agent, who was extremely helpful, to rebook the same departure date and time pick up from Lobby as we are seniors and didn't want to walk. somehow it was noted at 4 am instead of 5 am as-our flight was at 7:00 a.m We received a call from Christine at 4 am saying that the driver had arrived and they couldn't do a later pick up. We took a taxi from the hotel, which was only $5 more. Please refund our payment to the credit card as it was not our mistake. I am also a travel agent and use Viator and recommend viator to my clients.

The driver told us we were late and he was just about to leave even though we were only 2 minutes late and I had a walking stick and had to pull a suitcase as well. He continued to berate us for being late for at least 5 minutes. On our arrival the driver was so polite and even produced a small step to help me in and out. The driver at departure didn't do anything to help even though the van was so high I could not climb in and to get out I had to put my feet out the door and slide out because it was too high for me to stepdown.

Our driver was great. Important to know: once you are off the ship and have your bags, you have to call for the shuttle. Took about 20 minutes. They are not there waiting and they don’t really make it clear that you have to call.

The driver was late picking us up. We were suppose to be picked up at 11am, but the driver did not get there until 11:38. When I called the 1st time at 11 to inquire I was told 10 minutes because of traffic. I asked if i should cancel and get a taxi so i am not late for our flight, he said no i won't miss my flight. When my daughter called at 11:30, she was told 5 minutes. We had to run through the airport to check in and go through TSA. The plane was already boarding our group when we got there.
