The guide made it fun. Though we are experienced kayakers, we had to dumb it down a bit. Which was probably for the better! 😁
We saw many, many turtles. Up close and very much "right there"!

The tour guide Mikey was great providing lots of information abiut the environment and wildlife. We saw many turtles and had a great kayak ride.

Pelican Eyes really earned his stripes today! He found stingrays, turtles, sharks, conch, fish and iguanas. He was helpful, pleasant and knowledgable. I would highly recommend to do this tour. It was well worth it!

We had a great time on the island adventures TCI tour with our group of 11. We had three kiddos under the age of 6 and they all did great. We had two life jackets with us but the other kiddo got one no problem. The excursion indicates you don’t need experience, which is true, but knowing how to row certainly helps! LOL! Our group was led by Kantrell who was super nice and helped one of our groups canoes out when the rowing got tough ;) not only was he friendly but also knowledgeable about the different sea creatures and the mangrove. He showed us all that he could find and went above and beyond to do so. We could see lots of turtles, a sting ray, sharks, fish and conch. I’m sure our excursion was awesome because of him - Thanks again Kantrell!
(Those traveling with children note that the later in the day you go the bathrooms close by were closed which made it stressful after a 2 hour boat excursion and no where for the kiddos to go to the restroom- plan accordingly:) )

Daniel “Pelican Eyes” was a wonderful guide and teacher. He was patient, kind and helpful to everyone in our group. We saw so many turtles, stingrays, baby sharks, iguanas and even found a few conch. The water was beautiful, the tow out to Iguana Island was fun and the outing was so enjoyable. Thank you!

Great excursion. The kayaking was easy and our guide showed us so many animals. Saw a dozen sea turtles, lemon sharks, conche, jelly fish, fish, etc.

We had an awesome time on the clear kayak tour of Mangrove Cay and the little secluded island with the iguanas. We booked the 4:30pm tour but got an email a few days before stating we had to switch to 7am due to tide conditions. We were actually so happy about this because it ended up raining for most of the afternoon as soon as we got back to our hotel after the tour was over. And it wasn't as hot as I imagine the 4pm would have been had our time not been switched. Our tour guide Mikey, was awesome! He was friendly and super knowledgable of the whole mangrove area we kayaked through. He pointed out and we saw a few sea turtles, lemon sharks, different kinds of fish, and even showed us a living conch (picture included). When we stopped at the little beach he walked us through to see "the big guy" iguana which was fun and also offered to take photos for everyone on the beach. It was an overall awesome experience! Mikey even gave us a ride back in his personal vehicle and recommended places to go and eat on the island. Important thing to note - being a gay couple on our honeymoon we never felt discriminated against so cheers to that!

The Mangrove Clear Kayak Tour was the highlight of our vacation. We had 3 people (2 adults and a 16 year old). Since it is 2 people per kayak, our wonderful guide Gene took my teenager in his kayak which was great because everything he pointed out, she was able to see. We saw many turtles, 2 sharks, a barracuda and many other fish. We stopped briefly twice and Gene taught us about conch and the vegetation in the mangroves. Overall I highly recommend and would do this same tour again!
