The driver and our guide were excellent. The guide provided us with commentary and gave us detailed information as we go along. Very interesting private sightseeing. Will recommend to others

We booked this private trip through Tripadvisor and we were picked up by our guide Ash and the driver. From the moment we were picked up we instantly made a new friend with Ash. He was very friendly and informative and spoke very clear English. He not only told us about the area of El Gouna but we learned a lot about the Egyptian culture and traditions. The driver was excellent and drove professionally. The whole day was spent with Ash and he pointed out the areas of most interest. He took loads of photos of us and the area and sent them to my WhatsApp mobile. The boat trip on the lagoon was amazing and Ash had arranged for the boat to be waiting for us so no time lost waiting around! We saw Omar Sherif's former house on the lagoon! This trip would also interest people wishing to relocate to the El Gouna area. It is a fantastic place to have a retirement home or invest in some property all under strict security rules! The day ended by visiting a bazaar with fixed prices and we bought some great souvenirs. Overall we would strongly recommend Ash as an English speaking guide. He is currently in the process of setting up a website so don't book with anyone else until you check out his website at FTS Travels (Hurghada) or his Instagram account. We have been on many trips in many countries and the guides are more interested in their tips at the end of the day but this guy was more interested in making us happy with his company.

Not comply. We had to go to the old town but the guide absolutely wanted to take us to visit a pharmacy even though we were not interested in that. As a bottle of water was provided, we didn't take any to avoid being overloaded, but we didn't have anything and so we were thirsty. As we didn't want to visit the pharmacy, we asked him for some free time so we could have something to drink on the terrace but he refused. Being with children, we had no choice but to shorten the visit and return to the hotel. We were all disappointed not to be able to go see the old town even though we had planned since we had received a message telling us to wear decent clothes to go to the old town.

The description of the excursion was not respected, they wanted to show us a pharmacy and a state store not included in the description, we instead wanted to be given free time at the Marina d 'El Gouna which was not possible, no effort on their part, plus they didn't even have a bottle of water even though it was specified in the description, that's why we wanted free time to quench your thirst.
Not correct at all, move on

On 28042024 we were to visit Elgouna and its bazaar in the company of a guide. In possession of the visit program, it was not respected. Agency to avoid, because it does not keep its commitments.
Furthermore, following our comments, the agency has just modified the excursion program.

The guide, Asma was very kind, he gave us all the informations about good places in Hurghada, we visit the fish market, vegetable market, bazar, old and new town...me and my husband liked this trip very much! Thanks for the FTS Travel company!
