Anstrengende, aber sehr empfehlenswerte Tour für alle die mehr von Ägypten sehen wollen als nur das Hotel. Wir haben die Tour mit einem Van in einer Kleingruppe gebucht.
Unsere 5 köpfige Familie (Kinder 12, 9 und 6 Jahre alt) hatten einen sehr kurzweiligen und interessanten Tag in Kairo. Unser deutschsprachige Führer Ahmed Sherif konnte durch seine interessante Art die Kinder stets bei Laune halten und sie durch kleine Geschichten und Fragen für die Geschichte begeistern.
Wir würden die Tour jederzeit wieder machen. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, den kleinen Aufpreis für den Van zu nehmen, da der Komfort sehr viel besser ist.

Except for the warm weather, our trip was great. The vieuws werd amazing. Our tour guide Ahmed taught us so much and was super nice! We took many photos!

greetings, everything was great from the driver Awad, the mini bus, enough cold bottles of water in the van, the air conditioning worked great, enough small toilet breaks. Ahmed Waheeb was our guide, I have never seen someone put so much effort into making the pictures look so good, as if he was a professional photographer with excellent knowledge about the history of the pyramids, I recommend it, it was a good experience👍

Our tour was great and our guide was very knowledgable and ensured everyone on our small tour made the most of the experience. There is a lot of activities packed into the schedule so you can cover all of the main tourist spots in one go.
We travelled in June so the temperature on the day was a high of 43 degrees. Despite this, we still were able to complete all activities including going inside the pyramid (please note however, it is hotter inside so be prepared, or, book your trip in the cooler months!). The van was fully air conditioned and there were loads of drinks provided throughout the day (our guide made a point of saying they weren't "free" as you pay for them with your booking fee for the tour, but you can have as many drinks as you need without paying extra). We stopped at a papyrus museum/shop and a perfume tour/shop which were both air conditioned and allowed anyone on the tour to purchase souvenirs (they weren't pushy if you didn't purchase anything).
Overall I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see a lot in one day! Special shoutout to our guide who was very funny, attentive and had great knowledge to answer any questions we asked.

This trip was AMAZING!!!
The minivan was clean, with working AC. The drive was comfortable with plenty of breaks. The journey didn’t seem long at all. The moment our guide came on board she began to tell us about the city. She knew her stuff and she explained and answered all of our questions. Her knowledge of Egypt and its history was phenomenal. We also went on the Nile, visited a fragrance oil shop and Papyrus art manufacturer. Our visit to the museum showed deep insight into Egypt’s history and visiting the pyramids and Sphinx was just mind blowing. Going on this visit has not only changed my opinion of Egypt but it has made me want to return to explore the cities and more history.
Thank you to the team who started communication with us and kept us well informed from the moment our booking was confirmed, to our drivers and to our wonderful guide. Most definitely recommend booking this trip.

I was a little disappointed. I was really looking forward to the museum, but we only spent 1½ hours there. Our German-speaking tour guide talked for about 1¼ hours and not exactly with exciting facts. Even after we had stood in front of the same two things for about 20 minutes, I asked to go and see the museum myself. Then he talked to me for so long that if I went alone I would be completely confused by the artifacts until I said I was staying. So we lost another 10 minutes. (As if I was too stupid to read the description of the artifacts myself😅) The other German-speaking people were also very annoyed by him, sometimes secretly trying to disconnect, which also failed.
The English-speaking people apparently had a very good tour guide. The Nile tour was great. A tip: book the Nile tour on site, they will ask you anyway and you will save a good 10€
The pyramids were very impressive. Our tour guide asked us to take photos too, but after looking at our photos we quickly decided against it and sorted it out between ourselves😂
All in all it was an experience and I think if you're lucky with the tour guide it will definitely be a good experience and otherwise you'll have something to laugh about. Because you're traveling with several other people and companions and we had a lot of fun :)

Beautiful day with valuable advice from our excellent Guide Nevine who accompanied us from the airport upon arrival in Cairo until returning to the airport...
The only downside... the obligatory but unconstrained passage through the perfumers... and the Papyrus store (where we were still treated to an interesting demonstration of its manufacture!

Awesome day - our 2 drivers (brothers) were brilliant & nothing was too much trouble- they were great. So was the tour guide that we collected in Cairo.
I would thoroughly recommend this trip - I took my daughter & there was only one other passenger on a 12 seater minibus - so we all managed to sleep. This made such a difference to such a long day.
Marks out of 10, my daughter gave it 23 !!!
Don’t hesitate booking this trip with FTS Travels.
I have done this trip 3 times now, and this was by far the most enjoyable!
