One ticket for the incredible palaces!

The Palace itself and surrounding beautiful. How ever ticket inspector although we had booked skip the line tickets did not have my name booked, he did nit recognise the proof of purchase booking I had shown him and the ticket pdf I should of received was not the correct attachment. Do we had to purchase 3 more additional tickets at €12 each which wS in fact less than the €53 purchased on line. The gent in front had the same issue. I took this up with the booking site which they were very unhelpful.

Never received the tickets from your company. Requested then several times. Just gave up. Still waiting for response from them.
