I was at Santiago for a conference, and i only had the last day to explore the city. Biking is such a good way to see the different communes of the city, and I’m so glad that I did this tour! My guide was super friendly and knowledgeable, and ride was also very comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about this tour!

I booked this tour after my 10 hour flight that got in at 7am. It was a great way to see the city and Santiago is certainly bike friendly. I believe it’s the most Bike friendly city in the western hemisphere, but certainly South America.

I bike in every country I go to and I’m very glad that I did this tour 😊 The guide was great and any part of the trip was customizable as it was a private bike tour.
I would certainly do it again

While I think this tour has some merits, ours was lackluster. Jamie was our guide and he was clearly having an off day. He had a short temper with my daughter when her helmet needed tightening almost yelling at her. Given that it was a private tour with just us, there was no stress of inconveniencing anyone else with that slight delay. A couple of times he rode through the street crossings while the lights were flashing which didn’t give us enough time to safely cross after him. At least twice he was a blocks up before slowing down to notice he had almost lost us. While we did cover the cost of a meal with us, Jamie then seemed angry we didn’t cover both meals. If that is the expectation it should have been communicated clearly instead of just snide remarks afterwards. I think that Jamie is probably better on other days or maybe it was just us? He was quick to hop into our Uber leaving to get a ride to wherever he preferred to be that day. We tried to make the most of it given that we spent more on this trip than our accommodations for the entire week we were in Chile.

The bikes were in good working order, helmets were nice and clean, water was provided, and the route was scenic and allowed us to see all the highlights.

Took tour with our teens. Knowledgeable friendly guide. Lots of sights and historical background. Bring water and snacks. Amazing views and off-path things to see in Santiago.

So fun! We love to tour cities by bike (you can cover so much more ground!) We were especially lucky to do this tour on a Sunday morning.. they close many streets for open biking on Sundays! It was so fun to see so many people outside! You should be comfortable biking in crowds and around some obstacles and walkers. If you bike recreationally you will love it! Highly recommend and Jamie did a wonderful job as our guide.

The bike tour was perfect. We were escorted by Tomas who spoke great English and holds extensive knowledge about the area. We saw both the historical and modern areas of Santiago over 6 hours and about 18 miles of riding. Bikes works great, and had lots of fun navigating cars, people, and other two wheeled riders.

My guide Tomas was awesome and educated me about the local sites and history of Santiago, Chili. Santiago is a very bike friendly city so it made the tour experience perfect! You will definitely enjoy the tour!! It was my first time going private and I felt like the tour itself wasn't disrupting to others but on the other hand it's fun meeting tour mates in a group setting.
