Tomas was an excellent guide!! We took a two hour tour. Perfect timing for the sunset, spectacular view, knew terrific history on Santiago and various neighborhoods. Highly recommend!

We reserved this tour at the last minute. Huasa was most accommodating and even waited for us even though we got lost on the way to the meeting point arriving LATE. We were having a bad day until we started the ride. Our guide Andres was so entertaining. It is clear he is PROUD of his city and country. It almost makes me want to move here. We got an entirely different view of the city from bicycles than we had from the crowded "Hop-on-Hop-off" bus tours and uber/taxi rides. The pace of this tour was at a "social" pace that you could do. It's not a bike marathon training event. This was one of the highlights of our stay in Santiago. Highly recommend! And Andres' English was excellent; he could answer all our questions. LOVED THE RIDE AND ANDRES WAS THE REASON.

This is an exceptional trip for exceptional value. Fun, beautiful and highly informative. Do it. We saw parts of the city we would have missed. And we got to ride with locals. Great fun.

This was a really good idea, you can see a big part of the city in a couple of hours. Nico, the guide was very helpful, full of information and a positive attitude. The bike i was given was perfectly maintained. Overall a great experience!

Jaime our guide was fantastic!! Lots of knowledge about the history, bike routes and restaurants- a real fountain of information. He is kind and thoughtful when picking bike routes- many choices given. I’d highly recommend taking a bike tour with Jaime in Santiago. The mountain bikes provided were great too.

My husband and I had an amazing time on our bike tour with Sebastian. After riding around the city and park for a while, we rode up a hill to the watch the sunset. The views were incredible and Sebastian was very knowledgeable about the city and surrounding mountains. Since we were comfortable on bikes, he extended our tour and showed us some other parts of the city after the sunset. Once complete, he even walked toward our hotel with us a while to ensure we took the safest route. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Santiago.

A good way to see sights up close. The only problems we encountered were that the bike seats were not comfortable. Jaime was very concerned about our safety and comfort. The ride was somewhat challenging.

The tour was beautiful through the park and was able to ride along the sculptures which really capture the art scene nicely. I appreciate that the guide Patricio was nice, knowledgeable and took pictures and videos and sent them to be right away. I also enjoyed that it was enough exercise to call it a work out as I am an athletic person and there were some nice climbs to get the heart rate pumping. So, here is the not so good part. Right out the gate he said follow me, I am a road cyclist so riding on the sidewalk is against my better judgement but I followed him anyway, there was a tree that was overhanging the sidewalk on the right and a pole on the left, I saw that he did a bit of a swerve around and I tried to do the same, well I didn't clear the area and my shoulder clipped the tree, I fell off the bike at first I noticed that my shoulder was scraped and was a little annoyed because I knew better than to be on the sidewalk. I got back on and shortly after I looked at my leg and my ankle was cut deeply by the chain ring, I was bleating out profusely. I said I need bandages, he said we'll go to the pharmacy which was a jewelry store and his friend had a first aid kit, I had to ride/walk to the location still dripping blood. At that point we both knew I should go to the hospital but I was more determined to ride since I just got there that day from California and I knew that the emergency room was going to cost me so I just said I can tape it up and we will continue the ride. The guide was very apologetic and I know that it was not on purpose. So, my suggestion is that at the start point the ride should be on the street, it was a residential area and it was not a busy street. Also, I feel that there was negligence due to the fact that he did not have a first aid kit on hand and that is very important and I hope they will make changes for future tours. So, based on all that I say proceed with caution, it was a bad accident and maybe this could help someone else. I still rated 4 stars because the route was beautiful. I thought maybe the operator would've refunded the cost since I didn't file a claim but since the tour was completed and the extra time was extended I still gave a small tip to the guide for taking me even though the injury put a damper on the vacation.
