Very responsive tour provider & the guide Tomas is very informative, attentive person. He is very flexible to support extra help requested. Also introduced, local food, drinks etc & shared interesting places to visit, recommended restaurants etc. My first time for a city tour in bicycle & I very much enjoyed it.

I contacted Patricio last minute to book for a same day solo trip. He was very accommodating! I was staying at the Sheraton and the bike pick up was in walking distance from there. Andres my guide was fantastic. He made sure I was safe at all the time navigating through the streets. Great bike, easy to ride and in good condition. We made several stops and Andres gave a lot of info about the history of Chile, he’s very knowledgeable. I would definitely do another tour with Huaso Tours if I come back to Santiago. I really enjoyed it and they helped me with making the most of my short stay. I hit a lot of the highlights and got to see a lot of Santiago in a fun way and short time.

It was a great way to get your bearings in the city, explore different neighborhoods, and get up close and personal with artwork, parks, and buildings of significance. We got the opportunity to learn more about Chile and Santiago from our guide, Andres. He was a fantastic guide. He was friendly, easy-going and charming. And he answered my many questions and seemed to enjoy our company, and we certainly enjoyed his.

We very much enjoyed our evening bike tour with Tomas! He took us to many important sites in Santiago and provided interesting background. He also tailored some of our stops according to things we had not yet visited. We liked that they provided mountain bikes with better shocks and tires which made going over curbs or riding on softer ground much easier than the classic cumbersome rental bikes that you see in many cities. We would happily do another tour with this company!

Wonderful time. Tomas knew a lot about the city and took us all over to see sites and learn the history. He also gave us links if we wanted to learn more. Without the sun beating down we were able to catch cool air blowing off our face making the ride very pleasant.

I changed the tour to the afternoon and I think it was better because this way I could get to know the city better and take better photos. It was also less cold. The guide told us part of the history of the monuments we were visiting and took photos of us during the tour.

What a great way to see the city and learn about some of its history. Our guide Jamie was fantastic. Always made sure our safety came first, to the point he walked us most of the to our hotel at the end. Had a lot of fun, definitely recommend

Jaime was an excellent guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about areas of cultural importance throughout Santiago, and he was able to point us in the right direction to have a successful stay here in Santiago. Would highly recommend this tour.

We had a really good time on our tour with Jamie who took us to all the main sites and gave us an insight into life in Santiago. The tour was moved forward (after checking with us if we were happy to do it earlier) to avoid clashes with the Friday night protests which was really useful but we also managed to get a few photos with the police horses! Communication before the tour was great and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to see the main parts of the city.
