Our tour guide was exceptional. She was well informed, covered lots of ground with humor. We learned a lot.
BTW, the Jewish synagogue is just outside the city. A piece of the wall can be seen from the synagogue.

We enjoyed our tour with Frane who is a very good communicator. He delivered an interesting and engaging tour.
The tour lasted 90 minutes and gave an excellent insight into the palace and the people who lived there.
It felt like an hour would have been enough as some of the historical facts became a little dry by the last 30 minutes. The title suggests Split and the Diocletian palace however it’s all about the palace and doesn’t cover the wider history of Split which I would have found interesting.
Overall, reasonable value and an interesting perspective on the role the city played in the Roman Empire.

Excellent tour! Our guide, Frane, gave us an historical tour of the palace. This tour expertly blended the grandeur of ancient architecture with light-hearted commentary that kept us entertained from start to finish. Hurrah for Hajduk football!
On hot and crowded days, I suggest going on the early morning tour.

Pretty good for the price. A little dry but for 90 minutes it was informative and just the right length to learn a bit about split history and the palace.

It wasnt that memorable. The palace information was good. Our tour guide was nice but also needed to stay ahead of the group while he talks so that you can hear him.

Frane Our guide was okay. He rushed through many facts and didn’t go into depth about Split. He had more about Croatia in general. Frane was just okay.

Had a blast in Split. The history is amazing and the Palace tour was our highlight! Our guide was friendly and knew most of the locals as we worked our way around the Old Town. Had a local group of singers perform for us. Amazing way to spend our morning plus we beat the heat!
