We are Rocco and Carla and together with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria we are waiting for you for a unique experience. The passion for good food and the reciprocal experiences in the restaurant world have given life to our project: to combine gastronomic passion, family traditions and genuine food cooked with the products of our land. Already Papa Beniamino (BÈ), he delighted his guests from all over the world in the 60s, offering them culinary experiences. Since 2019 we have dedicated ourselves full time to your idea of hospitality "like in a family". There is nothing that makes us more proud to pass on our recipes, traditions and our love for food, keeping its memory intact.

This was the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi coast! We can't emphasize enough just how fun and authentic this experience is. The views from Rocco and Carla's beautiful home are magnificent, their positive energy and warmness make you feel right at home, and the freshness of the food is impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to return again!
Also as soon as we returned home I made these recipes again, that's how delicious they were!

Rocco and Carla were so hospitable and welcoming into their charming and picturesque cooking space. Carla was a patiently wonderful teacher and made us feel as if we were the best cooks in the world. The experience was amazing and the food delectable. Do not miss out on this experience!

I highly recommend this cooking class! I had such an amazing time with Carla and Rocco and the other guests. The night started with homemade breads and cheeses and Rocco telling us stories of his family’s life in Praiano. We then learned how to make homemade pasta with two different sauces. We also learned how to make a delicious dessert. The experience felt intimate and unique. You definitely should book it!

As the name states, it's a couple cooking in a newly built patio in their backyard in a house that's been in his family for 6 generations with food grown in their garden. If you want a true Praiano experience, this is it. (If you can't handle steps, this isn't for you)

This class is as authentic as you’re going to get! Rocco and Carla instantly make you feel like you’re apart of their family. The recipes are delicious and so fresh as so most of the ingredients come from their own garden. They also accommodate to every diet; from vegan to gluten free they will make sure you eat!

Rocco and Carla were so welcoming, Carla is not only a great cook/teacher she is sharp as a tack and quick witted, so funny!! Booked same day as weather impacted our original plans and we were so lucky to find this experience. Made great food in a wonderful outdoor kitchen, some homemade wine, had great conversation and laughs. Highly recommend this experience and thanks to Rocco and Carla for welcoming us into their home!

We are a family of 4 w 2 teenage children. Our cooking class was in a picturesque spot indeed a pergola in back w a full equipped kitchen. Rocco and his wife were welcoming and professional. Both were had patience and kindness in their teaching. The students experience was truly authentic.! The are hard working and take pride in their offering.
