We are Rocco and Carla and together with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria we are waiting for you for a unique experience. The passion for good food and the reciprocal experiences in the restaurant world have given life to our project: to combine gastronomic passion, family traditions and genuine food cooked with the products of our land. Already Papa Beniamino (BÈ), he delighted his guests from all over the world in the 60s, offering them culinary experiences. Since 2019 we have dedicated ourselves full time to your idea of hospitality "like in a family". There is nothing that makes us more proud to pass on our recipes, traditions and our love for food, keeping its memory intact.

This was by far the worst cooking class we have ever done, and ironically the most expensive. Firstly, they changed our class time last minute with no clear explanation which ruined our other plans for the day. Then they had us do the cooking class in their apartment rather than their garden and unfortunately their apartment did not feel very sanitary and was quite cramped. We barely cooked anything, very cheap ingredients were used, and the family who runs the class (husband wife and 3 year old son) all seemed to have a cold which we inevitably caught. The only food that was cooked was a very basic pasta (not even by us- we waited on their balcony with their son while it was cooked) did not even taste good! The “olive oil tasting” consisted of placing 1 olive oil in a disposable mouthwash cup and telling us to swish it in our mouths. Please save your money and look elsewhere if you want to actually learn how to cook in a sanitary environment with high quality ingredients.
