We are Rocco and Carla and together with our little helper Alexandro and Mamma Annamaria we are waiting for you for a unique experience. The passion for good food and the reciprocal experiences in the restaurant world have given life to our project: to combine gastronomic passion, family traditions and genuine food cooked with the products of our land. Already Papa Beniamino (BÈ), he delighted his guests from all over the world in the 60s, offering them culinary experiences. Since 2019 we have dedicated ourselves full time to your idea of hospitality "like in a family". There is nothing that makes us more proud to pass on our recipes, traditions and our love for food, keeping its memory intact.

This cooking class was excellent! Rocco and Carla were amazing hosts and made the experience so enjoyable. The food was delicious and they gave us lots of local recommendations, as well as shared the recipes with us! I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the amalfi coast- they also helped us navigate getting there, and met us at the bus stop to walk us there. So great!!

This cooking class was wonderful!! We made delicious pasta dishes and tiramisu. We enjoyed a few types of their homemade wine and it was great. Rocco and Carla were not only informative and fun, they were just delightful. They shared stories of their upbringing, and their young son made an appearance which was adorable

We had such a great experience cooking with Rocco and Carla. The venue was perfect - a lovely outdoor (covered) kitchen with incredible views, delicious wine and aperitif, and excellent instruction. Carla provided excellent feedback - ensuring a true learning experience. This was a genuine, in-home, local experience with a long-standing local family with true restaurant experience, without the pomp that can sometimes go with a class like this. The small group experience made it truly intimate and fun. Would highly recommend!

My mom and I had an amazing time in Carla and Rocco’s cooking class! We were welcomed into their cozy cottage with a breathtaking ocean view while learning to make fettuccini and ravioli from scratch, and enjoying their homemade wine throughout! The menu changes every class and is made up of fresh ingredients grown or produced by the family and their friends. The class was intimate and the hosts are so lovely. I highly recommend this experience and hope we’ll be back!

Rocco and Carla made our cooking class experience authentic and wholesome. They had homemade wine and walked us through each step of the pasta making process. Carla gave us genuine feedback to better our technique. To top it off, their patio is beautiful!! If you’re looking for an AUTHENTIC, genuine, and wholesome experience while on your trip to the beautiful Amalfi coast… this is the cooking class to take!!

This cooking class was an amazing experience. Rocco and his family are so kind and welcoming. We learned how to make several types of pasta and tiramisu from scratch while overlooking the stunning Italian cliffside oceanfront. Their homemade wine was the best wine we have ever had. Overall just one of the best international experiences of our lives. We highly recommend booking with Rocco and Carly for your trip to the Amalfi Coast.

This is an amazing, authentic experience of family style Italian cooking. The hosts are lovely - Rocco is a sommelier, his wife Carla is a chef, and their son Alessandro is adorable. All the ingredients we used were cooked on the family’s land (within 100m of where you cook/eat) and they served delicious homemade wine & lemon liqueur! You cook and eat on a beautiful shaded patio overlooking the ocean, and all the food is incredible. Highly recommend!

Very nice couple who shared their passion for Italian cuisine and family tradition, showing us how to make homemade pasta, appetizers and desserts in their lovely terrace with a coastline view. They also shared their homemade artisan beverages with us. They are very responsive to messages and will help arrange transportation as well. Highly recommend this experience! Thank you, Bè Genuine!
