We booked this tour weeks before our trip to NYC. When we showed up at the meeting place, we quickly realized that the tour was nothing like what we paid for. The itinerary was different from what was advertised.
The tour is operated by an 3rd party vendor, attractions4us LLC. The POC told us there was not enough time do 9/11 Memorial & tour Liberty island, so we had to pick which tour we wanted to take. I requested a partial refund and was told one would not be given if we took the tour. Given the stark difference from what was paid for, we refused to go on the tour and requested a refund.
To make matters worse, I was told that this is a normal issue with this particular tour. I would not recommend this tour to anyone based on our experience.

Our guide Leanne was the best. She shared so much knowledge in a passionate and animated way. We felt like we had read several books when done. We fully enjoyed this excursion. Thank you Leanne!

Company did not take us on the tour we paid for. Had no guide available apparently. Took us on a much cheaper unescorted tour. Did not refund adequate amount to compensate. RIP OFF, SLY COMPANY. Do not use!

We so thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and the 9/11 Memorial provided by Viator. The tour offered such a wonderful experience taking immense stress off of us to get to every location with an appreciation of their truly passionate and significant meaning not only for the U.S. but worldwide. Leanne, our Tour Guide, was exemplary! She was so much fun and made every site a learning and entertaining visit sharing a plethora of knowledge about each historic visit and a boost of enthusiastic patriotism which intensified our pleasure throughout the whole day! Five plus 5+ stars to Viator and Leanne who was the BEST!!!!!!

Great tour guide. Very informative and went over and beyond with meeting firefighter for photo op. Kept tabs that everyonein group accounted for.

The information for this tour was completely misleading and inaccurate. Though our tour guide was lovely and full of historical information, we were not taken to battery Park or the NY Stock Exchange as promised. The walking tour was only 60 minutes long and then we were told we had to find our way to the pier for the cruise. We had to take a $20 Lyft, ride to the pier and we had a 3 hour wait for our timeslot. Overall very expensive for what we got and the description was entirely wrong. Had to make a long distance call just to get the vouchers for the boat. So disappointed.

The hospitality on this tour was lackluster at best. As a tourist unfamiliAr with the area, the man who checked us in was rude and unhelpful and told me not to ask questions. The your guide left us at the statue of Liberty. I paid for a tour guide for a reason. And he asked for a tip!

They charged for the 9/11 Memorial, the Statue of Liberty, and the Ellis Island Tour.
We only got to go to Statue of liberty and Ellis Island with no tour guy as promised. The tour guy left us at Statue of liberty and even advised us to head straight to Battery park NY from SOL and even skip Ellis Island since its not worth it. We went to Ellis Island by ourselves and came back to battery park NY. We had no tickets for admission for 9/11 Memorial. We were left alone instead of paying for guided tour.

My friend and I had limited time so this guided trip gave us a fantastic overview of the historical key points of the city. Vivian, our guide, is a true New Yorker and was a great tour guide. She gave us personal and detailed information making the tour interesting and enjoyable. She helped us navigate the big crowds and gave good tips on how to get the most out of the experience.
