Seems like a bit of a scam. This is the Miami Water Taxi which does a loop of Miami Beach and downtown. Got a WhatsApp message the morning of, telling me the time and location had changed. Sketchy instructions on where to get the boat with no exact location. The water taxi stopped half way through for its 2nd pick up for 10 minutes.

We had an awful experience with the agency — they rescheduled our time and day four times, showing a shocking lack of professionalism. In the end, we opted for a refund because the bus did not arrived at the set time and they failed to provide any certain answers. It was a total scam and I do not recommend this service.

We read the poor reviews and decided to take our chances. It was a water taxi! We got a call the day before saying their luxury ship is getting repaired, are we OK taking this smaller boat. I confirmed that it’s a guided tour with a bar. Yes it’s guided, sort of, and there is a cooler of $5 bottled waters, $10 sodas and $15 canned cocktails. We heard about several historical highlights and a few famous mansions. The poor sound system and heavy accent of our guide meant we heard some highlights. So not a waste altogether, but not a a “guided cruise.” You get what you pay for 🤷🏻♀️

Overcrowded. Indoor part of boat had no AC. Stifling hot. Outside had too many people to the point no one could see anything. People did not move to let kids see anything so adults pushed in front leaving no space for kids. Music was so unnecessarily loud that you could not talk or hear a person talk to you. Horrible. We saw so few of the sites because of foggy windows and blocked views.

The tour was interesting. Beautiful scenery even though it rained on us. It was hard to find the departure location for the ship. More information needs to be provided to identify the pier.

Directions we not clear.
Every tour and cruise station told us a different direction so we walked the ENTIRE venue 5 times
The boat was under maintenance- The mechanic was working on the boat
We never got our tour
I paid over $100 for NOTHING
The guides told us that they don’t do online booking for this reason.
NEVER AGAIN
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

This is a complete bail and switch. This boat doesn’t exist and you will get a phone call to switch to a hop on hop off water taxi with no bar and no water. No guided tour either. STAY AWAY!!!

We photo shows what we booked- this is not what we got. We had a water taxi return trip to Miami rather than a 90 minute sightseeing tour on a catamaran. Our booking was changed as soon as we had paid and a refund refused. Don’t book!

Please don’t book this trip- it is not as advertised. We were promised a 90 minute catamaran boat trip seeing the sights leaving at 7pm from South Beach. What we got, after many messages back and forth, all contradicting our original booking, was a return water taxi trip to Miami and back. It was awful. The time was changed, the boat was changed and the duration changed. This was not worth our money and is false advertising. So disappointed.

what a bad experience this was…!! we booked this trip for 2:30pm and before they called us few times so we can arrive 30-45mins prior so we can depart on time…,it was close to 3pm and we were still not boarding after we arrive at 1:45, after 3:15 pm we got off because we were going to miss other appointments….why would u rush us for then u guys will be extremely late and so rude about everything…! when u do business u have to be honest and on time, people have other things going on and also not be rude…!!
