En general regular, es una embarcación algo pequeña, por lo que en altamar se mueve mucho con la marea, tuvimos suerte casi al final afortunadamente hubo uno o 2 piques, se le dieron $200 pesos de propina al marino lo cual al parecer le molestó, fue sarcastico, imagino que están acostumbrados a recibir mucho mas.

Ruben and Alex worked hard to get my family the best experience possible!! We caught X2 huge Marlins, X2 Mahi Mahi, a baby marlin, a shark and a skip jack!! Ruben & Alex were very kind, encouraging and invested in our having a great time! We saw sea turtles, tons of manta rays and truly had the most wonderful time!! Highly recommend and would definitely do this again!!

Our fishing excursion on Robalo was absolutely magnificent. Our Captain and First Mate Alex were the best. They were so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to help us catch and release 3 marlins. It was an experience of a life time for our family. We highly recommend this tour.

We chose to fish in the afternoon because we have teenagers, lol. Afternoon fishing is not the easiest. Fred and the captain were great! Lunch/drinks were just as described. The boat was clean and ready to go. Licenses and bait were all set. That was a big priority to me, ease! It was windy but that is nature. We had the best time and would highly recommend the company!

The trip was amazing. The boat was clean and the equipment (rods, reels, line, and tackle) was in great shape.
Captain Ruben was honest and open about the options I had. Either try for Big fish further out or get more action with smaller fish closer to shore.
Within the first hour I had caught 4 Jack caravelle and a skip Jack.
Someone reported a Marlin 4 miles out and he asked me if I wanted to try. Thankfully I did and landed two striped Marlin.
Lunch and drinks were great and honestly it was the best 5 hour trip I’ve had yet.
Ruben and Alex were the best.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is The crew did not give up trying to find us fish, they did everything I felt they could to deliver. Where they fell short was at the end. We made it clear both at the reservation and to the crew this was our first time and when we asked for help to get the fish prepared for the trip home they just left us with a guy that took us to a empty building to process the fish to then find out we would have to take back to our hotel and freeze ourselves if we wanted to take it home. We ended up having to give most of our catch (about 15 pounds processed) away because there was no way we could eat it all. I would like to have been told up front there was no actual place to get them processed and if there was at least given some assistance. I really felt like just because I was from out of town they didn't care.

This company is a complete ripoff! Arrived late at the marina, went out about one mile out of the bay and only fished for a little over an hour. Then they said they were out of bait and we needed to go back to the marina. We were on the boat for 2 hours and 15 minutes when it was suppose to be a five hour trip. They just kept telling us the fishing was no good and we needed to go in. I would avoid this company and never recommend them to ANYONE!!!

This was a very organized trip. Owner communicated very well about where to meet. Walked us from taxi to boat, even allowed us to stop for dramamine /snacks/coffee on the walk around the marina. No hidden cost surprises.
Captain Reuben and first mate son Alex were an awesome family duo. Very friendly and knowledgeable too!! Super clean boat!! Lunch provided from Subway…tasted good and drinks very plentiful for the 3 of us.
Caught 3 Marlin..one double hook up. Brought one Marlin in. Beautiful fish!
Overall wonderful time and ready to go again!! You won’t regret this!!

The day of fishing on Reel Tequila was great. We caught Red Snapper, Bonita, Jack and Mahi Mahi. We saw some Marlin and the crew worked hard at trying to get one on a hook. We also had a big sea turtle come right up to the boat to check us out while we were stopped and reeling in a catch. Jose and Raphael were knowledgeable fishing guides and worked hard to make our day memorable. The boat was clean and well maintained and the gear was modern and in great shape. It was also nice that it had a head onboard, which I have found is not always the case on chartered fishing boats.
