Excellent! We had a good time during our stay with special thanks to Jasmine, Jason and Buu! The ship has a very cozy environment, staff were very attentive and their meals provided were delicious!

We went on our honeymoon and the experience was unforgettable, they prepared several surprises for us.
Ha Long Bay is amazing, one of the most beautiful places to have a cruise for sure.
The boat is luxurious with windows and a small balcony to enjoy the views.
Our waiter Remy was very attentive to everything, always with a smile.

Fantastic experience all round Jason s service at meal times was exceptional and Ken's knowledge on the cave tour Waa amazing too. Our rooms were beautiful. Wish we stayed longer now

It was a good experience overall. It was not clear how the pick up/drop off was going to work, but they called the day before to clarify. The cruise it self was good.

Ha Long Bay is not in vain a natural wonder of the world. And enjoying it on this cruise with one night on board was a fantastic experience. The cabins are small but spectacular. Obviously I got into that big bathtub with total views of the bay. Brilliant. All the staff were very attentive, especially Jason from F&B. He really goes beyond excellence. Incredible.

What a disappointing experience. The boat is not well maintained!~!!! 2 passengers cut themselves on pieces of jagged metal. My husband cut his leg and got a small amount of blood on the bed linen. We were asked to pay for the linen. (Couldnt launder dried blood out for some reason). We were asked to prove the injury happened on board and show them the spot it happened! Nobody asked how my husbands injury was!. We were ignored by management staff from then on as we refused to pay for new linen. I wouldn't travel with this company again!!!!! PS I contacted the company by email so I didn't have to leave this review - but no reply!

It's a shame that our stay was so short.
