Ildi was most helpful and the one hour cruise was sufficient. The sights were great just before dusk. Great time to see the sights and watch the sunset.

Bit of a cattle market at first with everyone queuing along the rivers edge without any guidance given as to what to do.

We went on the 1 hour day time cruise from pier 11 at the last minute as a rainy forecast had proved wrong and the evening was sunny. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for the evening lights cruise tomorrow. The staff were all friendly and there was no pressure to buy tickets or drinks etc. They just seemed all genuinely nice - especially “Flower Girl” ( sorry forgotten how you said you spelt your name other than it began with a C) who was really friendly and helpful - with a lovely smile for everyone. Well done team! We’d recommend this trip when so many others running the same boat trips seem to get poor reviews.

Fairly average experience to be honest. Felt like too many people on the boat with most seats not being able to see much at all, some even looking directly at a wall. I advise lining up at least 1 hour early to get a semi decent seat.

10 of us were traveling together in Eastern Europe. We were impressed by sales lady Ildi and bought the cruise tickets from her. Her enthusiasm defied the chilly wind in Budapest and brought the warmth of welcome in Danube fashion. She patiently answered all our questions. We enjoyed the trip. We booked this last minute as we were not sure what time we had available. Really wanted to be on the cruise when it was dark but forgot that the clocks went forward so it was still light when we were cruising! We managed to get a seat by a window downstairs and enjoyed a pleasant cruise down the Danube.

We were in tge docks areas by the river and accosted by agents selling tickets. Ildi, unlike others was very professional, explained pricing also giving option to pay in Forints. Handing cash to a stranger without ID is tricky however she was trustworthy which is why we took the tour which was fantastic, punctual and reasonably comfortable for 1hr 10 min. The waiting area is warm enough If you arrive early and audio guide app gives comprehensive info of the great sights of the beautiful city
