This is not a review of the tour itself but the tour operator. Our tour was scheduled at 11:00 am on December 30. Unfortunately my wife had food poisoning and could not make the tour. We contacted the tour operator at 7 am on that date, requesting a cancellation with refund, well outside the 24 hour cancellation window. The tour operator did not hesitate to grant the request. We greatly appreciate its generosity. Later we sought additional advice from him and got frank and honest suggestions. The operator put the interest of its customers above its own monetary interest. Best and most honest tour operator I had ever met. Highly recommend it without any reservations.

We had an amazing time in Aswan thanks to Luxor Tour! We were picked up right at the train station, taken to our car and cold water were there ready for us! Mahmoud was great at giving us summary of what will be happening and when we needed help with Train Tickets, he went out of his way to get us the tickets we needed and delivered it to us.
Ahmed was our tour guide in Aswan and he was great! Filled with information. High Dam was beautiful. We had a beautiful ride there and the view was just amazing. Ahmed even showed us how to know that there are silt in the soil at the High Dam.
The highlight of this trip would have to be Philae Temple! That place was beautiful. The boat ride there was fantastic and we how to learn more about Nubian people and how proud of their heritage they are. The Temple was magnificent. We were taken through the whole place by Ahmed, before having our own time to take photos.
All in all, we had a great experience with Ahmed, Mahmoud and Mohammed from Luxor Tour Guide. Since making the booking to the time we said good bye!
