Our driver Karim was right on time. He came into the hotel lobby to let us know he was there. He helped with our bags, was a friendly gentleman, and good driver. Ours was an early morning flight from an airport over an hour away. We arrived at the airport stress free and ready for a long day of overseas travel. We are happy with the decision to use this service and recommend it.

Karin was a great driver. He met us after getting off the plane. There was some confusion about where we were going to meet. They are doing construction at the airport and some planes come in at the new one and some at the old one. It was quickly resolved.
This was a great way to travel and well worth the money. We had been up for about 30 hours in order to get to Marseiile. It was great to be delivered to our hotel in Avignon. We also learned a great deal about France, Provence, and. Avignon during our ride to the hotel.

Very professional service. Great communication in initial planning and leading up to our date of travel. Car was clean and plenty of room for two of us and our luggage. Perfect English spoken. Would definitely use this company again.

I would definitely recommend this business. Driver was prompt, friendly and the car was immaculate. En route he shared history of the areas we passed by. Some streets were closed in Avignon because of festivities but he maneuvered to the the hotel without any delay.

Julien was waiting for us with a sign in the arrivals hall- even though our flight was 2 hours delayed! He helped with our bags at the airport and to the doors if the hotel. A delightful experience.

The driver was unfamiliar with Avignon streets. While he picked us up on time from the Marseille airport and got us to Avignon, he took the back streets to get to our hotel and some of them were closed. He got very flustered and insisted on dropping us off on back cobble-stoned streets about 2 blocks from the hotel, forcing us to drag our luggage (3 bags packed for a week) over the cobblestones to the hotel! We had to find our own directions although he did point out the hotel on a map on his phone. The hotel was on a main street that was open for traffic and we could have been dropped off directly in front of it. When we asked him to figure out if he could in front of the hotel he became angry and told us he had to leave us there because he had another pickup to do.
