If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service was very disappointing and we never went on the tour. The day before the tour we received a message that the sculpture was closed for renovations and they wanted to know if we wanted to cancel. However, they sent this within a few hours and since we were in Mexico we did not have reception until we returned to the hotel int eh evening. We called and left a message and called first thing in the morning. My mom was able to get a refund and they told her I would get one as well, however, that never happened and I called multiple times. Considering that this is not a free event, I would recommend going through a different company, one that values you and your time.

Unfortunately the sculpture was
Closed which is what I booked this excursion for. So I cancelled it. I’m sure it would have havee been fun.
