A highly disappointing experience. I have booked a similar Day Spa at another venue in Hurghada which I'd give 10/10. This package I booked for the same price didn't even include a massage. I mean that's the main reason why I booked the experience to have a 45 minute massage. I asked if I could add it on as was told by the staff it was not possible to do and I'd have to contact the operator I booked it with. Half the showers didn't even work, and the towels are such poor quality. Also the body scrub was just water and they didn't use any products whatsoever. Feel robbed and a waste of my time to pay for such a dreadful experience.
